The owners and operators are Alan and Jerod, who are experts in their craft, but also very down-to-earth. They have been in business for more than 30 years. While the great bulk of their revenue comes from their commercial clients, they opened to the retail public several years ago. It amazes me how passionate they are to serve and educate the public. In other words, they don't view the individual retail buyers (like me) as "small fish", or as a nuisance. They simply have a great passion for plants, and they want to pass along that passion. The selection of perennials is the best I have seen in the Twin Cities (550 different varieites). Think of it as Bachman's multiplied by a factor of 5 (or more) -- while having prices that are more affordable than Bachman's. The health and quality of their plants is outstanding. A typical 1-gallon perennial plant goes for about $10 right now. While that may be a few dollars more than Home Depot or Lowe's, keep in mind you are gaining access to varieties of perennials that you won't find at those stores. Plus, you are getting fuller, more developed, healthier plants. Beyond their expansive selection of perennials, Twin Orchards also sells a fine selection of flowering shrubs, herbs, and vegetables. Twin Orchards maintains an excellent website and Facebook page. They offer an annual catalog on their website, and they also maintain a plant availability spreadsheet online that is updated throughout the season. * I should mention that I have zero relation to the team at Twin Orchards. I am just a very satisfied customer.

I am a former smoker turned vaper, and I've found my home for devices and liquids. E Cig Pod is a great shop with an enthusiastic and helpful staff who will make sure that your experience is always positive. The store stocks nearly 100 different flavors of liquid, from peppermint and cinnamon to cantaloupe and bubblegum. I have never been to a shop that keeps this number of flavors in stock at one time, many of which are their own custom recipes. The shop is neat and clean with tables and chairs if you want to relax and try out a new liquid or two. The guys are always happy to let you sample different flavors before you buy. The front desk and manager's office area are open and customer facing, so you're greeted right when you walk in the door. The guys set me up with the the X6 adjustable in November. I'm happy that I upgraded from a more basic model, and I've been trying out new liquids ever since. I've already referred a couple of friends who also vape. I recommend that you check them out next time you need liquids or are looking to upgrade your gear. read more

Normally I don't actually write these kinds of reviews but I absolutely had to for these guys. E-cig pod is absolutely amazing! I went in there looking for a new mod and they actually talked me out of an over one hundred dollar purchase claiming that it was not something I needed. They instead set me up with the best cig I have ever used that was about half the price of the other one. E cig pod genuinely cares about their costumers and the product that they are putting out. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy vaping at it's finest for a great price. read more

I typically use menthol flavored e-cig liquid but started to get bored with my normal brand. I finally decided to switch it up and gave the menthol flavor from E CIG POD a try instead. All I can say is "WOW". Trying it made me realize what true menthol flavored e-cig liquid should taste like and just how inconsistent the liquid was from my previous go-to brand. I stopped by E Cig Pod - I came all the way from CA. This shop has some of the best liquids I've ever come across. Kurt (store manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the product I wanted. The shop is one of the best I've ever been in, and a really cool place to just hang out in.
