I ran out of the Geek Vape coils I use, and the smoke shop I normally go to doesn't have them. I searched for vape shops in my area and checked out Smokeless Vape. I was very surprised to find they offered local delivery and had the coils I needed! As someone with mobility issues and who uses public transportation, this service is absolutely wonderful and removed my anxieties! I highly recommend Smokeless, and I am very thankful. read more

Visiting Minneapolis on vacation. Visited Smokeless to see what products were available and ended up finding everything we needed without spending a small fortune. Sydney was a fantastic help!! She helped me find exactly what was needed and I was in and out in no time. read more

Smokeless was an overall excellent experience and I will be coming back whenever I can! The parking is a small shared lot with spitz and rusty taco but also free street parking. So great parking situation. The location is awesome too. You have some of their products and then take in a snack at any of the 3 great restaurants within walking distance. An important factor to me is cleanliness and it was so clean and felt very well maintained. I walked in and automatically felt comfortable. Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and with out judgment which is really important to me. I will absolutely be coming back and spending more time here in their lounge filled with TVs and games! read more

Love this shop! I go to the Bloomington and NE locations. Excellent variety of products, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, just great vibes overall. Thanks! read more

Friendly and helpful staff at the locations I patronised. My first time visiting, I didn't know much about vaping products and so the staff recommended me something to start with and when I asked if I should get something else which was more expensive, he discouraged me and suggested I try the one he recommended because it was inexpensive and good. My second visit at the Hennepin location, the staff onsite was also very helpful. read more

Guy broke my cart because he so determined to upsell me on the more expensive battery. Terrible customer service. Apparently you have to leave at least 1 star. read more

Electronic Cigarettes are blowing up everywhere. The technology has come so far. So far, that anyone and everyone are setting up shops everywhere in the Twin Cities. Why? Profits. At Smokeless Smoking... Jesse & Angie could care less about profit. The aim of this company is to actually get people to "quit smoking". They will spend hours with a customer just to make sure that what you're purchasing fits your needs and that you understand the device you're buying. They only use the finest, top shelf eLiquid to concoct the variety of flavors they have. Personally, I enjoy "Blackbird" "Cherry Bomb" "Cool Runnings" & I Iook forward to anything new they come out with. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about their products. They even hold classes on how to modify your devices! Every lounge they have is hard to not stick around to watch TV, play Nintendo, Shuttle Board or just put your feet up. I live closer to the NE location. Austin is a mod genius and you can ask the man anything if you need some help. I recommend the Bloomington location just for the cookies and coffee! QUIT SMOKING. SHOP HERE. read more

This place is a waste of time and money. The staff is pretentious and will lead you to believe that their products are superior to others found in the area. This is false. Their primary brand offered is mellow fellow, which produces mediocre thc substitutes. They also represent a small portion of the market supply of substitute thc products. When you ask if they ever would or have offered other products, they reply smugly that they only offer the best of products, which again is obviously not true as they only offer one brand and it is again, mediocre at best. I would much rather purchase urb or torch products before mellow fellow, but of course their staff were unaware of these brands existence. On top of the smug attitude and limited product variety, they charge you an arm and a leg for their mid-level products. Absolute waste of time, mine as well bring yourself to uptown and shop at Loon smoke or uptown tobacco and ecigs. Each offer a variety that dwarfs smokeless and at much more reasonable prices. Please, do not waste your time with this place. P.S. It would appear as though the space is designed as a hangout/potentially a smoke bar? But the only person in there on a Friday night was a homeless man who requested a ride, money and a cigarette from me on my way out. None of the staff attempted to intervene. So apparently that is just part of their "experience." Update: response to Angie: Although I was denied service for an invalid id, I did actually possess valid id at the time. So what I was given by your friendly staff was a second opportunity to decide if I truly wanted to patronize your store at all. I decided I did not, as my statements about your prices and products stands regardless of my id status. I went to my favorite shop in uptown, purchased my favorite product (at half the price) with my perfectly valid id. Thank you for helping the homeless. Perhaps it will give them a place to spend their time other than your weed store. read more

I've had only great experience with Smokeless with vape products but now I've have even better experiences with there CBD products. I'm 74 yrs old and suffer from arthritis in my hands, knees, and back. Since using there BLNCD Salve (relief) my aches and pains have almost vanished. Can't say enough about the benefits it has had for me. I've also started vaping CBD to assist in sleep and pain relief. Check them out and get some safe and legit products. read more

Just a bad experience. I was treated very poorly. All employees were gathered together watching a video ignoring me. The guy who eventually helped me was visibly high on some kind of opiate. Was like talking to a robot. I left my ID in the car and was told since I didn't have it on my person I'd have to wait several hours to return? They wouldn't let me just go get it and come back. I'd rather go to a cheap tobacco shop. I guess if you're not a NE hipster they don't want your business. read more

I recently moved to Minneapolis from Oakland, CA, where I had the best vape store available to me. I was almost out of juice, walked into one vape store earlier today, and walked right out when the store mostly had tobacco products, and didn't seem to care about as much about vaping products. Later today, I decided to give one more store a shot. I'm glad I did. The staff was top-notch, allowing me to sample at least 10 different juices until we found one that I really liked. The atmosphere was inviting, with a big lounge that had a great big-screen TV for customers to enjoy. I even stayed for a bit and chatted with the two people working. The prices were also really great. I will most definitely be back again and again. read more

I really love this shop, it's the only place I will buy anything vape related. My first time at this location, the staff kindly guided me through all of my questions and gave me their own personal advice and experiences. Places like this can often come off like you don't matter if you're not a regular, but this one did not. Even with other customers hanging out in the lounge they still treated me with respect and helpfulness. Rather than an off putting hostility that comes with many other locations. The fluids are very clean and light, not suffocating or nausea inducing like low grade tobacco shop fluids. My vape works great and I got it at a great price. Really happy that I decided to stop in one day and break away from the cigarettes, I'm feeling so much better ever since. read more

Let me put it this way. I drive across town to buy my vape juice here. Best service in town, extremely friendly and helpful, not the typical bro/douchy vibe, and some of the best tasting home brand nic salt vape juice around. Excellent experience, and gives me an excuse to go next door to the awesome "Spitz" restaurant as well. I switched from a Juul to something more economical, and this place has been key. Check them out. read more

Smokeless now has a wide variety of CBD products. They offer BLNCD, a local manufacturer specializing in isolate CBD products with different spectrums to fit all needs, as well as Pinnacle Hemp products, a brand that uses 100% Organic Hemp with a great selection of full spectrum products. I have been using the Pinnacle Ki device regularly and have noticed a huge difference in my mind and body. The sativa pod has been great as a daily driver, and the indica is great for night time or stressful times of life. I am very grateful for what these products are doing for my overall health. read more

I found this wonderful place this last summer and I've really grown to trust their judgment. They have a great rewards program that gives you money off. They never send me a email except if it's a receipt. This store isn't very big but they have a great selection and everything flavor is yummy. The staff are nothing but excellent. They go above and beyond their job description with a smile. I especially like Austin but everyone is amazing. I have always had a great experience and I look forward to coming each time. Came in based on a recommendation. I've been a smoker for 21 years and have tried (and failed) at vaping, but was told that the folks at this shop could set me straight. I walked in with my tank and was greeted by Austin, who escorted me to the bar, asked me a few simple questions and with a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge, helped me find not only the eliquids I needed to be successful, but the right tank, how to use it and how to smoke it. I kind of feel dumb now having wasted my time with the other shops compared to what Austin knew. These people really believe in empowering their customers with knowledge. I was blown away. The atmosphere at this location was also incredibly comfortable. Everyone was friendly and damn near enthusiastic to see me. I felt like I left friends when my transaction was complete. read more

Thrilled with the service and product offerings at Smokeless Smoking NE. Mark (coolest store manager ever) spent 45 minutes plus assisting me in the purchase of a quality KangerTech device and high quality vaping eliquids. Exemplary customer service. Excellent ambiance. Even my husband - who has never used tobacco - was impressed by the experience. There are other vape stores nearer to our home but this is the one I will visit again and again. read more

Hands down the best place for all of your CBD needs. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable in all things CBD. I had done a little bit of research before stopping in and they taught me way more than I could have ever reliably found online. After learning about each product they had I settled on a bottle of BLNCD Bliss and it has done wonders for my anxiety and headaches! Thank you guys so much for all your help! read more

I'm so impressed with this place! I've been a cigarette smoker for 20 years now and wanted to transition to vaping, but was intimidated by all the options. I wanted to find someplace where I could walk in and they could help me with everything from picking out the right device to flavors and strengths. I was not disappointed! I was there for almost an hour while they walked me through every aspect of choosing a device based on the amount I currently smoke to testing liquids based on the flavors I like and my goal of quitting cigarettes. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Based on this initial experience I am now a loyal customer. At one point when I was starting to feel intimidated by the logistics of how to change out the coil, Christy mentioned that I can come back in and they'll change it for me. Little things like that, picking up on the nuances of when I was feeling overwhelmed by all the super-knowledgeable info and recommendations...that's HUGE. I never felt rushed, and the vibe was fantastic. Like hanging out with a bunch of new friends. I see why they're so highly rated, and will be returning on the regular. You can't go wrong with Smokeless Smoking. Edited to add: free parking in back! read more

Wow, what a great shop! As a new guy in the vaping world, I had (still have) tons of questions about this new hobby (obsession?). A soon as I first walked in I was greeted, which now happens every time I come back (I feel like I'm in an episode of cheers... Norm!). Alright, so their juices are out of this world. They have some local stuff, as well as non-local juices. Their selection is quite large and diverse. You'll notice they don't walk into the back to mix your juice (unless you specify a custom mixture). They keep the juice exactly how the designer, connoisseur(?) Intended it. Flavors I've never seen or heard of, by company's that you can tell care about the product they create. Their devices. This is the only local store that I've seen that carries more authentic equipment than clones. Some very high-end and others very affordable. Like me you may have questions of how, why, is there a difference, etc. Ask, they will all be more than willing to help and answer any questions you have. Onto the staff! Wow. Every time I walk in they always greet me with a friendly smile. We get down to business, try out some new juices, check out some devices. Always helpful. Like I said, I'm new so in turn I ask many questions. Everybody answered all my questions completely. What's the difference between RDA, RTA, RBA? Copper, stainless, voltage drop. You name it, they have knowledge in it. I've personally had Jesse rebuild an atty of mine twice now within a week. He walked me through the steps and edumacated me on how this all works. So, thanks Smokeless Smoking for bringing a vaping experience to MN that wasn't a replica of all the other one off places. read more

I was just stopping by to grab some supplies and maybe a bit of advice for a finicky tank I had and before I could even ask them any questions, the very knowledgeable clerk had not only answered my questions but shown me step by step how to fix my set up. I actually created a Yelp account today because I have never experienced this sheer excellence of service before and wanted to give them a decent write up. The shop was also really nice, inviting and definitely a nice spot to lounge about and vape on some juice. I will definitely be stopping back if I need anything and hopefully make an afternoon out of it. read more

Great place to go and hangout and talk with a friend... Went there to buy some liquid and ran into a friend who was buying up some e supplies. We sat and had a nice chat and vaping some great Bull liquid. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about their products. My friend had a question about a particular feature and they were able to give great detail of the product. Anyone vaping should check out this and any other Smokeless Smoking locations. They don't mind if you hang out. It's a beautiful store with video games, tv/netflix, books and magazines. Check it out. read more

One of the few downsides to quitting nicotine is that I no longer go here. I've been to vape shops all over the city and am shocked at how poorly they are run. Smokeless is simply the best. Knowledgeable, Helpful, Always Something new to see learn or talk about. Miss this place! read more

I go to the Bloomington location and everyone is so helpful and very friendly. By far the best smoke shop in Bloomington..

This is the coolest vape shop in the Twin cities. Has a very cool vibe & immaculate. Have been served by Brody, Mackenzie, as well as the manager, Mark. All patient & understanding. Mackenzie helped me when I was a bit confused & worse-she even charged my vaporizer. Brody & Mark both took time to let me write down instructions. All 3 excelled @ customer service, & I hope they all persue careers in sales. I will always be a loyal customer. read more
