I've been to this shop a handful of times now, and they helped me find a vape I liked even better the first visit (swift icon), which they were unfortunately out of my 2nd visit, but then recommended oxbar, which I was not disappointed with. The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. Also appreciate that they've never tried to sell me a more expensive vape just bc they could and really try to match the product to the customer's wants not just move the most expensive off the shelf.

On Jan 9, I purchased 4 ELFBAR vapes and discovered later they were 18 months and 28 months EXPIRED. I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception. My boyfriend finally had the chance to go over there and ask about EXCHANGES which they failed to tell him when they warned him about the 24 hour return policy. I have worked in retail for many many years and the return policy is always different than an exchange policy. I wanted the same exact vape device in the same exact color or another color or even a different vape device of the same or similar price. The best they could do was offer 30% off of any other device. I am severely and wildly disappointed. I don't care if they are "knowledgeable" or "friendly", they're salespeople. They will tell you that any vape they have in that store is great. That's their job. The other part of their job SHOULD be adequate redemption for a faulty product.
