No appointment was needed. I brought in my daughters iPad, showed them the damage, gave them my personal information and left. The timeline on the website said it would be a few days but they did the repair in a few hours! When I picked up my daughters iPad they went over everything. They showed me it was charging, the speakers worked, microphone worked, the screen brightness worked, Touch ID worked and more. Literally they went over every feature to show me it was operational. Last week i went in, years later, and by golly, they did indeed replace the screen FOR FREE. Today I returned and got a new screen protector on my tablet (I'd put the last screen on myself). Their prices are more than fair, and ESPECIALLY more than fair when you figure you'll never have to buy a screen protector again. They got back to me in a very timely manner, helped me figure out what was needed, the cost, sent…read morean email with all of the details, and showed up in a timely matter. In addition, they took items that we found to give them at the last minute. They sent the destruction certificate the next day. I would highly recommend them - they were wonderful to work with!
