    I stopped in to have my Screensaver replaced from my Galaxy S10e. I had an appointment so they were…read moreexpecting me. When I walked in the young lady behind the counter asked what issue I was having and which phone I had and without a second informed me they didn't have one for my phone and said my best bet would be to go to Walmart. She didn't recommend going on the tmobile site to request it, since I mentioned it was under warranty, she just didn't seem real anxious to help me with a solution. I went to a different location and they were much more helpful by suggesting contacting tmobile directly to have it replaced. I hope they do better with others and maybe she was having an off day.

    The first experience in this former Sprint store (08/14/2021) was with Dave, and it was very good…read more I had a problem that necessitated returning the next day, but Dave was busy, and the other fellow I had talked to the previous day was not in. This one star rating is due to this after-sale visit of 08/15/2021. As I talked with this 'new-to-me' sales rep (# ****567 - -he had no name tag - this employee info was on the invoice that I eventually received at the conclusion of our encounter), I began to realize that I would not be having a good experience with him. His lack of empathy and concern were not what I expected as we have four phones that are migrating from Sprint to T-Mobile. I was annoyed that Dave did not step in and offer assistance, as he knew me from the previous day. I paid for a replacement protector screen and left the store as a very unsatisfied customer that my situation/concern was not taken seriously with no hint of a mutually agreeable/satisfactory resolution. I called the Customer Service line, and spoke with 'Allen' who profusely apologized and said he would contact the store manager to call me. He gave me a case # and assured me the manager would be in contact with me. That was on August 16, 2021 --nobody has called as of 09/08/21. Jim Hudson, WI 09/08/2021
