I moved from Minnesota to Washington State recently and Sam (owner) and his team were very…read moreprofessional throughout the entire process. He was responsive to my emails, texts and phone calls. During the move, they were extra careful with my furniture. They made sure it didn't bump into any walls while loading and they safely loaded fragile items into the truck without any issues. They even provided extra padding for furniture I did not think to cover up which was nice! I expected the whole process to take about 5 days but they got to the destination in 3 days and quickly unloaded my stuff into the garage. Only con about this company is that it is still new so some parts of the process feel less fleshed out. For example, maybe marking all of my stuff with an ID and including a checklist so that when they get to the destination, there can be a checklist to mark off all of the inventory. That way, it provides reassurance for the customer that all of their stuff made it. Despite them being a new company, they were great to work with and made things as straightforward as possible. I definitely recommend anyone in the twin cities to contact them for their moving services! The price was definitely fairly priced for what I was asking on a short notice so that was a plus! Thanks for the great work! :)
