It's one of those places to stop on the way to Vegas. Since it is a 50's diner theme, might as well check it out what's the hype is all about. The ambiance is I would say very old school (Back to the Future vibe). There's a lot of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe pics and memorabilia in this establishment, which is I'm sold to the hype. They have 50's juke boxes, as well.. so not too shabby! Their service is pretty chaotic at first, but once you get in line.. its smooth sailing from there. The gift shop is pretty much crowded because of the people window shopping or waiting for their diner experience. Their beeper doesn't reach on the outside of the restaurant, so we are forced to stay around the gift shop.. yeah that's sucky part lol. The food is surprisingly good and with a reasonable price. My girl and I ordered their burger combo that got us 2 sides for only $16.. can't complain with that especially on today's economy. Their malts and shakes are the star of any 50's diner theme restaurant. Oh yeah their classic chocolate shake hits the spot. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, which honestly left me feeling uncomfortable. There was no reason for the attitude, and it made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this interaction completely overshadowed everything else. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share how upsetting this experience was. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.

The staff has always been nice and respectful to me. Some patrons look at their phone or get distracted and hold up the line instead of being punctual with their order.
