I went with chicken adobo, plus toppings like edamame and pineapple, and finished it with kare-kare sauce. The Filipino flavors are perfect here: savory, bright, filling, and far from boring. They did not skimp. The bowl was packed with chicken, salad, and toppings, and I was completely full by the end. It has the customizable feel of a Qdoba or Chipotle-style bowl, but with more interesting flavors. Definitely a strong stop at Fort Irwin.
