What's left of our delishous meal.. so full
Sarah L.

This was a wonderful experience ! The service was exceptional. I never felt like I had to flag her down. Which was impressive because it was quite busy. The food was delicious and the portions were big and the prices were very reasonable. There was a nice big parking lot.the ambiance alone would be a reason to go. Lots of cool memorabilia and very on theme: the attached gift shop had lots of cool stuff.

Wow passed this for years always said we were gonna stop and we finally did! It's so big inside and had photo memorabilia from so many movies and movie stars along with pictures of Peggy Sue with some of them! I love Lucy walk. Elvis, blues brothers, wizard of oz. Each dining area is different too. Nice store as well but expect tourist prices but they do have some unique things. I like the John Wayne shirts. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Had a patty melt on sourdough with fries. It was very good. The pies looked yummy but we were too full. Can't wait to go back. There's so much to see and the menu is so big never will Be boring

Stopped for breakfast at this good ol' diner. It's filled with a lot of memorabilia from the past. Pictures of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe etc. there are three large dining rooms and a gift shop. Service was good friendly staff. Their uniforms are designed like servers used to wear back in the day. Food was good. All four of us had something different and everyone seemed to like the meals they ordered. It's dark inside and a little run down and could use more cleanliness. Is it worth coming? It's worth trying out.

A cute tourist attraction The service was quick. I really wish they would've sat me inside since they had availability but they sat us in the verrrrry back outside. The food was average. Nothing extravagant

Second visit here, fun stop, but food is just okay Stopped by two wreks ago on a Sunday morning with family en route to Vegas. This iconic spot is like stepping into a capsule, from the decor, memorabilia, photos, and overall nostalgic aesthetic. Service was friendly and solid, no issues there. Food-wise: solid 3 stars. My chicken fried steak (which is actually beef, as the menu notes) had a very weird texture and I couldn't finish it. Hashbrowns were crispy and flavorful, though, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. My mom's dish got a face, I forgot what she ordered, but gave the portion she didn't eat to my step dad. My stepdad and husband, however, cleaned their plates without complaint. Cool spot to check out for the vibe and photos, especially on a road trip, but probably won't return for breakfast.

Such a busy morning. We were able to find a seat after walking through the entire restaurant. The blob was good but I will have to get the French toast next time. All the food looked really good. I enjoyed all the decor and took my time getting photos. The waitress compliment me getting dolled up too.

Beef dip nice shave beef also lake flavor Pies are just ok Service: excellent Ambiance: very loud and nice Place has lots of seating and lots of old memorabilia check out dinosaur pond around back. Will be back soon to try something new.

Good pit stop on the drive from Vegas. Waited about 25 minutes for a spot at the counter in the early afternoon, but it went by quick perusing the gift shop and diner-saur park :) Loved the vibes at the counter, very fun 50s vibe. The food and service were average, but a solid option for a roadtrip.

Cool stop on the way to Vegas (or coming back). Very old-school diner vibes and the environment is honestly the best part. The food wasn't amazing, but it also wasn't bad. It's more of a "stop for the experience" kind of place. Gift shop is right there when you're done, and it's fun to walk around and grab ice cream. Service wasn't the greatest, but overall it was a decent experience and worth doing once, especially for the nostalgia.

Peggy Sue's 50s Diner is located off of the I-15, which is on our way when we go and visit Las Vegas! We decided for this trip we were going to stop by and check it out on our way! The diner is a few turns as soon as you exit the highway. We went on a Sunday morning and the diner was pretty crowded. It looked like they had a old car meet-up going on in the other side of the parking lot, which was cool. When you go into the restaurant, you will find all kinds of cool pictures and old memorabilia from over the years! It was really cool seeing all of the pictures of Peggy Sue with different stars across the years. The only thing we didn't like was the vibe of the customers that were there. They all seemed very snobby and stuck-up. Not welcoming at all, but we just kept to ourselves and tried to enjoy our time there! We got a table pretty fast but while observing their seating process it seems like they have specific tables set aside for specific party sizes and will not seat you unless you are an exact fit to that number to maximize their space. Our server was very nice, she checked on us a few times throughout our time there. We ordered the Mockingbird Hill Breakfast which came with two eggs any style, with a choice of hashbrowns/ sliced tomatoes/ or cottage cheese, and your choice of toast/English muffin/ or biscuit and gravy. You van also opt in to adding meat to this breakfast and I chose bacon! My wife ordered the Travelers Special that came with eggs and style, 2 pancakes or French toast, and 3 bacon or sausage links. Our food came out VERY fast, I want to say it was less than 5 minutes from placing our order. The food looked really yummy but I honestly wouldn't give it a over the top rating, to me it is very average diner food. It was a yummy breakfast to fill us up on our other half of the trip to Vegas! Recommendations when visiting: Weekdays are probably going to be less crowded. Take some time to look around the restaurant, there are so many photos to see. There is a small gift shop to the left when entering, we did not check out but if you are visiting, this may be something to check out. Check out their menu in advance, it will make ordering faster and your food should come out fairly quick. I am giving 3 stars due to the food being very average and the overall atmosphere being a little uncomfortable for us.

It was a Saturday morning around 9:30ish and was surprised it wasn't that busy. We found a booth and saw we had to scan a QR code for the menu. OK, I admit, I hate that. Then they had instructions to download the app to place your order. I assume this was put in place for COVID. Finally, a waitress came over and said she'll take our order. Thank goodness! I ordered French Toast with sausage patties, which I totally prefer over links but it's so rare to find them on the menu, and my partner had a breakfast burrito. The food arrived fairly quick and it was perfect. I'm not into fancy breakfast foods so keep is simple and I'm happy. The breakfast burrito was HUGE and my partner wasn't able to finish it. The entire breakfast with coffee was about $40, which I felt was very reasonable by today's standards. We both mentioned how we recently went to famous SoCal fast food hamburger joint (not In-and-Out) and it was $30 for 2 people, and not as good. Our service was super friendly, and we felt welcome there. Along with good food, this might be our regular breakfast stop when driving to Vegas.

The cook/server that helped me was friendly and on top of my food order. I got there at 4:00 AM and he was cooking an order for 6 guys in the back. He grabbed my order, the breakfast sandwich, cooked it up quickly and got me on my way. I took the food to go and forgot to take a photo of it, but it was delicious. Stop by and check. This desert gem out.

Hello, First off, I…read morehave to say that we absolutely love your place! We have been customers for several years. I feel like we need to bring this to your attention. Me and my husband, along with the a group of friends were in your place of business last Saturday night to watch Red Rabbit, who we love and follow. Around 12 or 1230 we noticed some commotion at the bar. Much to our surprise, your "new manager" was causing quite the issue with his boyfriend. Earlier in the night, he seemed to be actually managing the bar, however, at this time he was what seemed to be belligerent drunk. This went on for some time, even continuing out to the patio with customers trying to end the chaos. He was cussing, yelling at his boyfriend and demanding the Bartender serve him another drink. Once his boyfriend, was able to get him to leave, we even witnessed him punching a chair on his way out of the bar! I don't know the owners of this bar. I think they would like to know what happens when they are not there. This place used to be a great place to hang out with family and friends. This is not the first time we've witnessed drunk behavior from this manager. I have to say,, your Bar has a couple really good bartenders. And that is a reason we continue to come back. If this is the way the new vibe is in this bar, we will find another place to hang out. I truly hope that it gets handled. It is not fair to the customers, nor the rest of your staff.

We chatted with our waitress about the upcoming events being hosted such as country night, karaoke night etc. Sounds like a lot of fun. The interior has a true, old school, country diner vibe that instantly is relaxing and welcoming. A little dim, alotta wood, a long counter, lots of comfortable booths, and a decent sized patio for folks to go have their smokes. The waitresses are easy going, friendly, and very on top of checking on diners & keeping our drinks full. On our very first visit, our waitress recommended the freshly made potato chips that come with house made bleu cheese and/or ranch and they are AMAZING!! It's the first thing we order and it's something we crave. Breakfast is served all day. At our latest visit, we had a feast. We started with the chips we'd been craving, had the Grilled BLT burger, Classic Eggs Benedict, and finished it all with coconut cream pie and apple pie à la mode. SO GOOD!! Considering the generous entree portions AND our scrumptious desserts, we took half of the chips and dressing home. (And they reheated beautifully in the air fryer!) And now I'm craving those chips and bleu cheese dressing :/ But seriously though, if I lived in the neighborhood, I'd get those chips at least once a week!

Fresh squeezed orange juice isn't as common as it should be, but it's worth the charge for each glass! I am fairly certain I had at least 3. My oldest daughter has a hard time ordering and got flustered when it was her turn. The waitress was so polite and patient, she gave us extra time and came back later to add my daughter's choice before sending our ticket to the kitchen. The waitress made sure that we knew there was no pressure and to let her take her time. Being a truck driver for 15+ years means that my husband is not a fan of truck stop restaurants, but after breakfast he said he wouldn't mind coming back again in the near future.
