I was heading to our daughter and son in laws home and they asked me to pick up the food order from Chanellos pizza in Garner. The place is definitely not much to look at, I actually passed it before realizing it was in the gas station. It is Totally worth it! The man working the counter was really friendly even chit chatted for a minute. The food was hot and fresh prices were good - If you are ever near there I highly recommend you go here. read more

Local pizzeria that emphasizes quality. In addition to pizza, they offer subs, salads, and wings. We enjoyed their pizza, but did not like the Buffalo wings (no flavor). I am especially fond of their pepperoni extreme pizza. The prices are reasonable and they offer takeout and delivery options. The online ordering system is easy to use and provides accurate delivery times. If you choose no-contact delivery, it certainly is no-contact. They won't even knock or ring the doorbell. We kept an eye out for it and preferred this option. We recommend this restaurant to others and plan to order from here again! read more

Excellent pizzas and salads. (French fries: meh) The thin crust and regular crust pizzas were all cooked perfectly and crispy. Plenty of toppings. We ordered delivery and it arrived exactly on time. I highly recommend Chanello's! read more

We waisted $42!! So sorry, but the crust is soft, mushy, and no flavor. So disappointed. read more

Decent pizza with delivery service in our area (only location in North Carolina!) We went with the $12 large pepperoni (three styles of pepperoni topping). I thought the pizza was tasty but the crust is a bit on the doughy side. Their specialty ranch didn't have a distinct flavor to me. Delivery came five minutes early as well. read more

Chanello's Pizza - $12 large Pepperoni Extreme Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Garner, North Carolina

I have been eating with Chanello's for well over a decade. It was always perfect...everything. Last year something went wrong, but I communicated with them in a positive way. It seems they are back on track. My last sub was perfect. So were the wings. Keep it up and thank you. read more

The pies we received were poorly made and the grease run off for the side items... so much. The taste of the food was a hit and miss. The sauce for the pie wasn't that good but the cheese was. The wings were too soggy and the garlic parm taste was not there. The knots were the best thing. read more

I'm not sure why this place does have more reviews. We ordered due to coupons received and desperation to try something different . 1st order, family deal that comes with wings and garlic nots with 2 large pizzas. The pepperoni pizza is delicious and the cheese want half bad either. Garlic knots and wings were good as well. We then ordered again about a week later, same thing the pizza was great . It's a nice local spot with good service. Definitely try the speciality pepperoni , worth it! read more

Pizza is pretty good. Service is terrible. The employees are nice, but clearly undertrained and lead by poor management. We go back and forth on ordering from here because they get our order wrong most of the time. After a ~6 month hiatus, we tried again last night. Ordered the 2 topping 2 large pizzas with garlic knots. Driver arrived with no garlic knots. I called, but it was pointless. They said they would send some over, but never did. read more

NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! Pizza you will get is not what they advertise on the website. This place is inside a gas station which is the trend in NC but that doesn't mean you can't find good pizza but don't be misled. Pizza was just okay...that's it. But with so many other options popping up around Clayton off 42 and 70 shop around. I spent $14.05 for a 12 inch with 3 toppings and it was no more than a frozen pizza ; generic ingredients they pre-fab dough too so I don't know why they advertise 'hand tossed'. read more

Chanello's is the real deal. The pizza is great- the sauce is delicious, the veggies fresh - you know how many places use canned mushrooms? Not Channelo's. The garlic knots are, as is often stated, pretty amazing and the chocolate chip cookie dessert arrived warm and chewy. The delivery is always super fast. The wings are just ok, but everything else is totally on point. read more

Ventured out to Chanello's for the first time, and ordered a little bit of everything: Pizza, wings, chessesteak. All exceeded expectations. While the wings were a little small, they sell them by the pound so you get plenty of 'em and they tasted great. The pizza I got was all the way and had plenty of toppings and cheese. Toppings were distributed plentifully and evenly. At some pizza joints I would have to order extra cheese to get what I got at Chanello's. They didn't put any parmesan or crushed red peppers in my stuff, but I forgot to ask, so they probably have 'em. The cheesesteak comes with real (non-cheeze whiz) cheese and comes with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. It traveled well (as did the pizza) on my 15 minute trip home. I came during the dinner rush, but the counter help was courteous and helpful as I sorted out the menu for this first visit. The staff probably had an average age of 35, which was refreshing versus the normal gang of teenagers that have a varying degree of "giveacrapness". These guys at Chanello's worked hard, everyone was in motion, and they got me in and out just fine. While not the prettiest thing to behold, they actually smiled! :) The location is shared with a convenience store (with a friendly clerk, too), and there is not an inside place to sit, but the wait was brief. The open kitchen looked pretty clean although they were busy, and I didn't visit the men's room so no comment there. Parking was plentiful as the next door bookkeeping place closes before the dinner rush. I also didn't think to look if they did any lunch by-the-slice kind of stuff. Not Italian Pizzaria grade pizza, but definitely good stuff. Anyone thinking about Pizza Hut/Domino's/Gumby's/Hungy Howie's should give Chanello's (a Virginia-based chain) a whirl. I would recommend, and definitely go back. read more

My husband and we're a little skeptical to order from here and after trying the chain pizza restaurants in Garner (which all suck) we decided to give them a try. Omg this place is so good!!!! The pizza is amazing, the dough is nice, airy and light. And I normally would never eat the crust because of cutting back on carbs but I devoured the whole thing! They're garlic butter sauce is life!!!! And they're wings are tender and juicy. This is by far the best place to get pizza in Garner!!!! read more

Will not be going back. Ordered online with a scheduled pick up time of 45 minutes later. I arrived a few minutes early and they had not even made the pizza. Told me that their system was new and there were some problems, not really an apology. Felt that the two female employees are not very into customer service. Ordered a plain cheese pie. Crust is not hand tossed, it was spread out and then run over with an implement that looks like a mini aerator. Tasted flat and was a bit tough. Sauce and cheese were average. Have definitely had better from other pizza places in the area. read more

Always drove by this place on the way home and finally decided to get it. It's by far the best pizza in Garner! The ingredients are fresh, the wings are awesome, will definitely be getting our pizza and wings here from now on. read more

When we moved to Garner, we were a little nervous about not having the huge selection of pizza places around us that we were used to. We decided to try Chanello's based off of a flyer in our mailbox. I am so glad we did. They make some of the best pizza/garlic knots we have ever had. We have ordered from Chanello's 10 times and every single time, the pizza is insanely good. We get the Steak n' Cheese pizza, probably my favorite one on the menu. The way they cook their pizza crust is also amazing. I never eat the crust on my pizza, but from Chanello's, I always do. I am so glad we live close enough to get this pizza delivered. So good. read more

Fantastic pizza and consistently great. We get on average 1 pizza per week. Recommend using Slice app. Delivery drivers are always very kind and treat us like family. Highly recommend all their pizzas. The supreme is our favorite. read more

I already knew that the pizza was fairly bad having tried it on a lunch break before, but I really wanted some subs delivered to my home today so I figured I'd give them a shot. The man who answered the phone did not know if they would deliver to me (10 minutes down the road) and informed me he would call me back in roughly 10 minutes when his boss got back from a delivery. I laughed it off and waited for the call. That was HOURS ago. Bad food, bad service, don't bother. read more

Firstly, I loved being able to order online. The ordering process is easier and more intuitive than Domino's, and you don't have to download an app. Secondly, the pizza was delivered swiftly, and was still piping hot. Didn't have to tip at the door or sign anything, as the tip was given online beforehand. The pizza was laden with fresh ingredients and it was delicious. I'm one of those weirdos who likes anchovies, and I loved the way they incorporated them. They slipped them under the cheese so they wouldn't slide around, unlike other places. The only thing I think they could change would be to offer fresh basil as a topping. Otherwise, excellent pizza. Will buy from again, and possibly try some of their other offerings. read more

I only ordered two subs and a pizza but the subs seemed pricey for what I got. I wish it had its own standalone location because it resides inside of a gas station, they do however deliver and the employees were very nice but I just didn't think the subs I ordered were that good along with the pizza. Chain restaurant pizza seems preferable to this place. read more

We just had another delicious delivery by Chanello's Pizza. Hand tossed pepperoni, Canadian bacon and double cheese pizza, as well as the fried ravioli. Oh wow ! Was so good , crispy but tender perfect crust with ample toppings, fried ravioli dipped in marinara. Price point and customer service upon delivery can't be beat . We've been a fan for years, they never disappoint. read more

Ordered online, 1.5 hours later I called and was told the online ordering wasn't working due to an internet issue. The manager was very apologetic and offered to get the order out STAT, and offered me a Dessert item as an apology. It did arrive but not for another 25 minutes (i'm not but 7 minutes away). I paid extra for ranch dressing. When the order arrived, no dessert and no ranch dressing. I didn't even bother to call and complain because it would have taken maybe another 20-30 minutes to get it. They are not on their A game. Save yourself time and order from somewhere else like Three Olives or Dominoes. read more

Unexpectedly Above average pizza at a gas station. That's the best way to describe it. I've had the hand-tossed and the thin crust and both were equally good. I'm big on customer service and the men here are always nice, pleasant, and usually give you additional "treats" that you did not order. They have on occasion even brought our pizza out to our car. I have nothing but good things to say. Definitely better than your standard Domino's or Papa John's. There's no dine in option so that is the only drawback. read more

The food is decent but the delivery left a lot to be desired. The chicken fajita subs are pretty good. The thin crust pizza was not good. It tasted and looked like cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store. As for the delivery, they gave a delivery time of 4:29 and it wasn't delivered until 5:25. I understand running a little late. No problem but almost a FULL HOUR LATE is ridiculous. There wasn't even an apology for the delay from the driver. A phone call or some kind of acknowledgement of the delay would have been nice. read more

Best pizza in the world, I love chanellos! Always great service and food and the boss Marty is a great guy. They have the best subs and pizza and are always a better choice than their competitors, like papa johns or dominos. If you love pizza like me then you will love Chanellos! read more

We tried this place because we heard it was good. No. Our pizza arrived cold, bland and rubbery. $18.99 for 1 large pizza and it was one of the worst I've had. Thanks for pizza night FAIL, we won't order from you again. read more

Alright. I thought I owed it to Chanellos to update my review. They have gotten A LOT better. My orders have been correct, even the half and half...Most of the time. The owner Marty has really gotten better staff and truly seems to care about his customers. They have earned our business back. Give them a try. read more

Great pizza, This pizza has a little spice that sets the sauce apart from others. So, go check it out and enjoy, oh we had the hand tossed, ,,,,, I'm not from here and looked at reviews, nice folks, works out of convenience store,so Don t expect sit down service, what I liked about it was I'm from Tucson and all the pizza places are fancy with lights, music, games, but the pizza is standard. So Yes I'll be back read more

Great pizza and the wings are delicious but the wings were very small so the wings aren't a great value. Pizza is definitely worth it though! read more

Our first experience was great. We tried a thin crust (supreme), a hand tossed (half sausage half cheese) and a ChocoChip cookie. It was all good. I really like their thin crust. Love that they deliver! The driver was very pleasant despite the fact that the bottom of the sky fell out right before he arrived and he ended up getting soaked. We will try them again. read more

We enjoy a pie from this place. Great service get you money's worth and gas station pizza lol Good stuff for a quick dinner read more

Whenever we are in the mood for subs we choose this place before any Subway etc. We have never gotten anything disappointing from them in years. If I had to live off their club sub alone I probably could. We will definitely continue eating from here. Also, never have had an issue with delivery. read more

They used to be great! Always have great pizza but now display poor customer service. Going downhill fast. Placed a delivery order of $63 dollars including tip. It took an hour and 6 minutes to arrive. No concern on their behalf when I called to check on my delivery. I am going elsewhere due to the poor customer service. read more

Tonight was my first order from Chanello's and I will be a returning customer. The E.B.A pizza was awesome! I've never seen this type of pizza with these toppings offered on other restaurant menus without paying for the extra toppings. The wings were truly jumbo, as advertised, and were very tasty. My online order was delivered in the time promised....and was still warm. Thank you for a great experience and I will be ordering again! read more

Went there a couple months ago, it was 11:00 a.m. I ordered 2 meatball subs, they made them but were having problems with payment operation. This place is in a gas station, so while the worker was running around, I went and got a bottle of Coke from the gas station worker and my payment went thru with no problem. Now I go back to the pizza worker and he wanted to run my card again and this went on for 3-4 times, I never knew whether I was getting charged each time or what! So then he says he didn't know what to do, could I take the sandwiches and come back to pay later! I told him No, so he said maybe I could use their in store ATM machine, of course with a $3.50 service charge and again I told him No. By now the sandwiches are cold. I noticed their sign by the door that says that if there is as issue with their product/service, that food would be price free, and I pointed that out to him and he paused and then laughed. I couldn't pay because their system was down, cold sandwiches on the counter. So I left and went to Subway. We have been here for pizza in the past with no issues, but this time was very POOR customer service, I hope they took their customer sign down and I wont be back. read more
