Under new management.... boy I miss Pam, kristy, and tony; they ghosted us. When you call someone will say that Pam, kristy, and Tony are on vacation. They remodeled the place which seriously needed a facelift anyway but prices have skyrocketed and the pedicure was mediocre for $40 plus tip... she didn't scrub my feet like Pam used to and get off all that excess dead skin and they try to peddle and push services on you that you don't need or asked for... $15.00 for a manicure and $8.00 for eyebrows...no more appointments first come first serve and trust me you'll get right in. Why Pam why did you leave us??? Rumor has it that opened a new shop in the city somewhere and didn't move back to their native country like people think... Came in for pedicure I watched the lady use the foot stuff for another customer and put it down and then I watched the man doing my pedicure pick up same tool to do my foot with and barely washed it neither did he sanitize it. An used my foot water to wash the tool with if that wasn't the most disgusting thing. Then I have this hang nail and it just keeps getting worse they gone up on the prices and barely want to get the dead skin off my feet. When pam was there she spent time on these feet and always got them right they don't massage like pam did and she only charged 20 and she always knows how to use the right tool cuz the cheese grater thing don't cut it. These new people I think they came from golden nail are not it. Bring back tony pam and Chrissy. They was the best around here. Omg don't get me started on the eyebrows I ask the lady to put a arch in my brows and she made them straight. No arch at all like hers. They pretty mean and paint job is always horrible. read more

********BEWARE*******This place is extremely rude and they continually speak in their language over you and on the phone. I spoke to a lady on the phone who stated they were available to soak my nails off and to come in. When I arrived they were very rude and told me to have seat, then left me there with no update on my service. A young lady (customer) in a chair getting her feet done was answering the questions that I had and should not have had to intervene because of the rude staff. I miss the original owners of this nails salon! Chrissy and Her husband were so professional and had great customer service! These new people suck! Save your money and go spend elsewhere-I promise you will be glad you did! You would think with the conditions of this place, they would have better customer service! Update: this past Saturday I decided to give their no chip a try and although it looked really good at first I wish I would've told them not to cut my cuticles!! They are so messed up and I have a LOT of hang nails on just about every finger. Most annoying thing ever. I'm in a wedding this coming Saturday and I'll probably have to go tomorrow to get them fixed. I'll be going somewhere else though. Previous review: I'm giving this place 3 stars because although the service was spectacular the wait was atrocious! I got there after work around 4 something to get a pedicure because I heard how good they are. I wasn't in the chair until about 8pm!! There were a number of people in there (maybe 6 or so when I arrived) but I definitely didn't think it would take that long. I guess the upside to the wait is that I got some work done but it sucked that I had to wait so long. Once it was all said and done though, my pedicure was amazing! It last for about 45 minutes, much longer and more thorough than what you get at most shops. My feet are softer than they've ever been after getting a pedicure and I'm actually quite happy with the results. I just wish the wait was so long!! read more

I have gotten acrylics here multiple times and everyone I have ever seen at the salon has done an excellent job. They're very gentle, focus on perfection (in a short amount of time), and are so so nice. Love coming here they do great work. Also the cheapest full set I have ever gotten anywhere and they do a better job then more expensive salons. read more

Covid precautions not taken seriously. Dirty nail supplies used, nails clippers, files. I went in for an acrylic removal and left with a lot of acrylic on my nails and ALL over my hands. Asked for it to be removed and the technician pulled out lotion all over my hands to cover the left over acrylic all of my hands and nails. Went a different day for acrylic full set with pink french tip, and the tips were so crooked i tried to mention it to the nail technician but she did not speak english and had no idea what i was asking. I understand language isn't a definite no to being able to work under certain professions, but instead of attempting to understand me she continued to talk to another worker and did not do what i asked. She also had NO idea how to do french tip it was extremely messy and not at all close to a regular french tip. I asked to just paint the whole nail instead snd it was extremely blotchy and the whole sides of the nail were messy and uneven. The whole acrylic job was done so uneven the base of my nail was extremely thin and majority of the nails broke off in the first week while the tip of the nail was bumpy and way thicker than the nail bed area. Spent about 3 hours in the nail shop and left with crooked, uneven, and cut up fingertips. Still covered in acrylic but the technician put a ridiculous amount of oil all over my hands to again, cover up the left over acrylic all over my hands. This wasn't just one or two complaints i had to watch every nail she was doing and had to point out every obvious mistake she made. read more

I've gotten a mani and pedi here, both were excellent. The interior of the place is nothing fancy but my pedicure was 150% perfection. The prices here are beyond reasonable with zero wait time during the week. I highly recommend this place for a manicure or pedicure. The pedicure was by far my best experience. read more

Love this nail shop! Been going here for over 12 years, You must let Tony do your full set, I always go with the gel nails $25. Don't forget the pedicure $20, that ends with a dip in the paraffin wax. The ladies are so good (most palces I have felt the need to tell the person giving the service where to scrape, or where to look for the other things that are missed) that you will HAVE to tip $5, she will message, scrape all your little crusty dead skin off the bottom, sides, and have your feet looking, smelling, and feeling, what else but AWESOME!! read more
