My pool needed a total rehab as the previous owners neglected the property. In hopes to bring it back to life, we hired this company. They did not connect one of the jets so the pool did not filter correctly. Video on the right shows the pipe that connects to one of the jets flooding. They said "we didn't know what it was connected to so we didn't touch it." Wouldn't you imagine a pool company to know how it works? -Billed us incorrectly multiple times -Did maintenance cleanings on a pool that needed rehab, not maintenance -Took weeks before choosing to shock the pool then asking US why it wasn't clean We ended our contract and it's been about a month to give us the remaining money back. As a result, when I tried to use the pool, the pool was not functioning and the incorrect part damaged my pool. When I contacted them to fix the pool, they denied that it was them that caused the damage. I told them that I was willing to accept the fact that the pool is damaged; I just wanted them to fix it, and I was willing to pay them to fix it. However, they refused to return to my house to fix the pool. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. If I had the option to give them zero stars, I would have done so, however, the only option is to give them one star.
