The tape was covering a crack in the bottle, which I did not notice at the time of delivery. This strongly suggests the bottle was not properly inspected prior to being refilled and sent out. That bottle leaked, causing water damage to my floor. This is not a minor issue--it's the result of a clear failure in basic quality control. I reached out to the company via email and follow-up voicemail and did not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe. No acknowledgment, no attempt to resolve the issue. At a minimum, customers should be able to trust that containers are properly inspected before reuse. When that fails and causes damage, the expectation is that the company takes responsibility. If this matter is not addressed, I will be pursuing a formal complaint through New York State consumer protection channels. There are far more reliable, responsive, and customer-focused water delivery companies available. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before using this location.

Initially, I had a very old UV set-up and had reached out to a few companies, but nobody was getting back to me after I sent pictures of the unit. Pure Bliss was the only one who got back to me and explained that the unit was too old to service, but if I was interested in replacing it, that they could do that. They were the only ones to offer a solution. I have since installed a new unit and an additional filter and my water is great. Aidan installed the new filter and did an excellent job - making the whole system very organized and functional. He is super professional and friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I have total confidence in Pure Bliss and like knowing that my pipes and appliances are being protected due to the water filtration system. Everyone I have dealt with has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

MIRACLE ON PHILLIPS PLACE…read more Today was nothing short of a miracle!! Found out at 12:30 pm a house that is closing on Monday had a sewer line violation. After panicking for a minute realizing it was a Friday afternoon in December...I thought who can I call to help me. Tam Enterprises popped into my mind and within 15 minutes they were at the house assessing the situation and within an 1:40 the entire repair was done and the Village of Goshen DPW was out signing off on the violation!! I probably should have been a little smarter with this system, but the owner Bill Really sold it to me ! Moving from downstate, where it's a public water supply and now having a well made me nervous ! I feared having sulfur water!!!! I was told by Bill that the system had to be cleaned out annually (which cost me$500/year) and it's a potassium based system (bags of Kcl Na ate $40/bag). Eventually my water started to smell like sulfur and I had it tested thru a reputable water testing lab and it was super hard water!! Not at all what you'd expect from a softener! Bill came to "clean" my system last fall and was here a very short time( don't think he even cleaned it), he collected $500 cash and didn't even offer me a receipt. I asked him if he tested the water to see if it needed adjustments etc.. he said..oh yeah, your water is fine. Just throw some bleach in your well (shock it) and run it thru and get some iron out. I didn't do either of those things and I decided to have it tested (for$250). Per the water test there is no bacteria and no iron in my water! There was however high levels of magnesium and calcium, and many other minerals!! This guy will never answer your calls or return your messages! I now have a new system that was 1/2 the price and the water is CRYSTAL CLEAR! Not a mineral in it and no smell ! The purasoft system left water stains everywhere, didn't allow any lather of soaps or detergents! All my fixtures had build up!! I've gone thru several coffee pots! STEER CLEAR Of THIS COMPANY ! Oh yeah.. and I had a roof fire (in 2017) and rebuilt the ENTIRE house. All new plumbing, navien hot water heater and brand new appliances... that all have mineral build up and water stains!!
