Bill Jacobs did not try to "upsell me" over the phone, telling me possible solutions that were less complicated than I anticipated. He assessed the issue, evaluated the drainage piping issues and suggested least expensive solutions first, with further review once accessing the drain pipes. He communicated extremely well around appointment times, during the project, even showing pictures to explain how the progress was going. He made improvements over what the builder failed to do, burying gutter downspouts and connecting all drainpipes around the house. His crew unfortunately cut my underground electric dog fence, which was my fault as I forgot to indicate the lines. They told me what they had done and fixed it themselves the next day. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the site perfectly and threw down hay until grass regrows. Bob then took me around the house explaining all that he did, and answered all of my questions.
