My pool needed a total rehab as the previous owners neglected the property. In hopes to bring it back to life, we hired this company. They did not connect one of the jets so the pool did not filter correctly. Video on the right shows the pipe that connects to one of the jets flooding. They said "we didn't know what it was connected to so we didn't touch it." Wouldn't you imagine a pool company to know how it works? -Billed us incorrectly multiple times -Did maintenance cleanings on a pool that needed rehab, not maintenance -Took weeks before choosing to shock the pool then asking US why it wasn't clean We ended our contract and it's been about a month to give us the remaining money back.
