I have been through 3 pool guys since becoming an owner of a home with a pool and I've finally landed on a great guy. John has been servicing my pool for about two months now and its the little things that matter that ultimately have an impact into how your pool will look. 1. He's honest. When he shows up he puts the work in. He doesn't throw chems in the pool and bail because the home owner might not be home just to collect $$ 2. He's on time. To date, he hasn't missed a scheduled service and shows up every week at the same time. 3. Communication. He communicates everything thoroughly from the initial call. 4. Detailed. He puts the work in when he services your pool. He vacuums my pool even though I already have a vacuum. Those little details. Overall, he's just a nice guy and my pool is sparkling. When your pool starts looking like a swamp, and your pool guy doesn't communicate with you, just puts in LOTS of Chemicals, because he's going to Vegas for two weeks! So the pool missed two cleanings! The recent heat/wind we've been getting, your pool will turn fast! In my short time in this area I have already gone through three pool cleaning services. JME Is the third and I believe the last. Jonathan does a great job. What I enjoy most is not having to ask myself if he came and cleaned the pool during the week - you can see the difference. I hate having to chase people to do there job or pay them lol. He fixed my pool light which was giving me trouble on his first visit - other pool service company could not figure it out and wanted to charge 200$ to get the job done. Not sure what he did but he didn't charge me. That shows character and I appreciate a business that operates that way. Had a problem with the water flow going to my pool and spa. Requested help from JME Pool Services late one evening. Johnathan responded immediately to my request and scheduled me in. I was having problems with other pool services because they were too busy and did not respond. Johnathan was punctual and arrived on the day he promised. He was able to come earlier than the appointment time and texted me to let me know. When he arrived he listened to my explanation of the problem and thoroughly inspected my system. He found the problem and fixed it by installing my pool/spa lever correctly. He also repaired my filter pressure gauge that was leaking. I highly recommend JME Pool Services. Had one of my pool pumps just stop working. My regular pool guy doesn't do repairs so he said figure it out. Looked here on Yelp for someone who could repair a pool pump. Got a hold of Johnathan, he came out on short notice, spent about an hour in 95 degree weather troubleshooting the pump. I was months past my warranty for my pumps so I was ready for a $1,200 replacement cost of a new pump. Long story short, Johnathan was able to get Pentair to send a driver for the motor for my pump free of cost under warranty. He even applied the initial troubleshooting fee towards the cost of of installing the part when it arrived. He was very professional, and saved me so much $.
