Both times when they came to my house they just walked into my backyard - did not knock on my door or anything, which was very rude and unprofessional. After the second time measuring, when they eventually came back to install the liner, the measurements were off. Our liner kept popping out and leaks were happening. I called and called and never got a response back. It took them a whole year to come back to fix my liner and all they did was place pins to stop it from falling (2022). Did they fix the leaks? No. I've been calling multiple times again to fix the leaks. It is now 2023 and nothing was fixed. They take your initial money and then dump you. You don't get a response from the workers or the owner. They completely ghost you after taking your money. One worker answered my texts about scheduling a time to come fix my leak. He set up a time with me and then on that day said he was too tired to come and didn't show up. He said he would come the following day but guess what, no call and no show. If you're looking for headaches and problems, make sure to give this place a call. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and money and call a more respectable and professional company.
