I suggested to do a search on Yelp and he landed on Deluxe Pool Services. I held my breath... and they came through. The services he gets include opening/closing and weekly cleanings. Dad is especially impressed because whenever there are issues with his pool, their customer service is so top tier, they are on it immediately to resolve the problem. Their location is in CT but you can see from the reviews that they work with pools all over LI (and apparently as far as Albany, according to my father). Their maintenance people are fast, friendly and thorough (I've been at the house a couple times when they serviced the pool). Reasonably priced, too. Important to note that my father is someone who doesn't tolerate inconsistent timeliness (this probably goes for 9/10 dads, no?) and they are always on time or they call. You really can't ask for anything more when it comes to pool services.

Mike & Robert were on point. Once a appointment was made, they arrived on time & the service was dead on. They power vac & scrubbed my pool till it was perfect. They even added chemicals as part of the service "wow". I must say I was very pleased with the outcome. The price never changed, I will definitely use there service again!

A quick Yelp search and Request-a-Quote later and I found Precise Vision Pros who quickly responded with what I felt was a reasonable quote for summer services. I really love this company. I've had some issues with other folks that have serviced our property in the past (we rent out our home and do not live close by) but this summer has been a breeze with Precise Vision Pros. They are always prompt to respond to my emails and are so courteous when it comes to processing payments. While they do ask that you pay half up front, I had arranged services well in advance of the summer and they kindly allowed me to pay that deposit in early May rather than February. Beyond the amazing Sara with whom I've been in regular contact about services each week, I must note the quality of services overall. Each time we've visited, I'm happy with the water quality and vacuuming. They are always on top of any incoming weather that might affect the pool and arrange visits accordingly. I also love that they provided complimentary critter life savers (floats that save lives of unsuspecting frogs and small animals that might have fallen into the pool). Sadly, I'm moving after this season, and I'll really miss working with this company. They really were lifesavers for us this summer!

We previously used a large pool cleaning company and we had to regularly run our pool robot. This past summer, our pool robot was basically on vacation. We only used it to pick up a couple of leaves stuck at the deep end of our pool. Also, with the previous large pool company, we had different people come by each week but with 413 pools, Derek and Steve were the only ones who came by. They were good with communication, showed up when they were supposed to, always very friendly and answered any of my pool questions. What was also great about 413 pools is that we were not stuck with a weekly cleaning contract for the summer (this can be a problem if your pool ever needs unexpected repairs/liner tear)! If we didn't want a cleaning bc we were away, we could have just skipped a week. They also did our opening and closing. He started opening asked to be paid for though would be back, paid him expecting he would be back and finish job , though like other reviewers stated as soon. as you pay him that's it he stops returning calls .
