Fortunately for us, DJ poolscapes cannot manage a schedule or perform simple business and after a laundry list of excuses that they couldn't make it to perform the work we ended up cancelling. It took another week to obtain our deposit for the labor back in pieces which was a pain in itself. We finally found a reliable pool company who fixed one simple piece of equipment and mentioned that everything is working perfectly fine. DJ poolscapes is preying on new home/pool owners. Don't waste your time or money.
