I called my home warranty company who put me in touch with this company. A young man came out and told me mice ate the wires and it happens all the time. He said he would contact my warranty company for approval.... THEY DENIED THE CLAIM!!! He was quite confused as to why they would do that after they just approved the same issue with another customer. I was so upset to say the least. I was home alone with my children and granddaughter and started crying. My husband was deployed and I was at my wits end!! He was so kind and told me not to worry. He said he would order parts and get in touch with me. Well, I never heard from him again. This past week with the heatwave we were having, we started spending time by the pool. I went to check the salt level and while I was down there I thought I would look and see what the mice did. SHOCKING TO ME, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! ALL NEW WIRES, NO MICE !!! I was stunned. I guess he came and fixed everything for me at no charge. I have never in my life had someone I never met or had his company do any work for me be that kind. I have not even had a chance to call and thank him yet, I wanted to do this review of this company and of a great human first!!! I highly recommend this company. Fortunately for us, DJ poolscapes cannot manage a schedule or perform simple business and after a laundry list of excuses that they couldn't make it to perform the work we ended up cancelling. It took another week to obtain our deposit for the labor back in pieces which was a pain in itself. We finally found a reliable pool company who fixed one simple piece of equipment and mentioned that everything is working perfectly fine. DJ poolscapes is preying on new home/pool owners.
