He recommendations wasn't exactly inline with my ideas but base on what I had previously read about the company before actually meeting him along with his knowledge and experience in the pool industry I trusted his views. The project was planned for March 2023. Fast forward to now the team came in and did exactly what we discussed there were some minor chances which was done with further advice when I met Derick " very nice guys he is a customer pleaser he ensure that you are 100% happy or the job is not done". I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and I have worked with pool companies on several different occasions and believe me this is the first I'm meeting and working with a company where everyone affiliated with the company from the owners down to all the workers are honest, hardworking, polite and very professional. I'm pleased to have met and work with them, I will continue to work with them going forward and I will recommend them to all my family, friends, acquaintances and business associates. These guys don't get 100% in my book they get 110% for going the extra mile in costumer's satisfaction, their prices are very reasonable and economical base on market value with you also getting value for every dollar. Geoff, owner and operator of Majestic pool and spa, responded immediately and came across as a very nice individual who was extremely accommodating. He was able to come within 2 days to close my pool. I am beyond impressed with his communications skills and appreciate the fact that he is always available to discuss my needs in a very genuine and sincere fashion. I already scheduled the opening for next year with him, as it was truly a no brainer. After all why not? He was there for me when I needed him and his price was even more affordable then the company I was using for 19 years. I suggested to do a search on Yelp and he landed on Deluxe Pool Services. I held my breath... and they came through. The services he gets include opening/closing and weekly cleanings. Dad is especially impressed because whenever there are issues with his pool, their customer service is so top tier, they are on it immediately to resolve the problem. Their location is in CT but you can see from the reviews that they work with pools all over LI (and apparently as far as Albany, according to my father). Their maintenance people are fast, friendly and thorough (I've been at the house a couple times when they serviced the pool). Reasonably priced, too. Important to note that my father is someone who doesn't tolerate inconsistent timeliness (this probably goes for 9/10 dads, no?) and they are always on time or they call. You really can't ask for anything more when it comes to pool services.
