For 2 years in a row, their workers have come hours earlier than expected (7:30am instead of 11am) and the guys jumped my pool fence to get to the pool. This is beyond unacceptable. I was home, they Parkes behind my car. If my appointment is at 11am I would gladly open my gate. I also believe in CT it is a law that a company can't start work on a home before 8am. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. When called to complain, I was told that more customers are upset when the workers call or knock on the door. If I have to keep my pool locked up for safety reasons and my home insurance, there is NO reason for anyone to jump the fence around it. That's trespassing especially at that time. Will not be using this company again.

Derick, Brian, Dennis and the team at blue water pool are amazing. I found them online June of last…read moreyear and met Dennis in July discussed my ideas and listened to his recommendations. He recommendations wasn't exactly inline with my ideas but base on what I had previously read about the company before actually meeting him along with his knowledge and experience in the pool industry I trusted his views. The project was planned for March 2023. Fast forward to now the team came in and did exactly what we discussed there were some minor chances which was done with further advice when I met Derick " very nice guys he is a customer pleaser he ensure that you are 100% happy or the job is not done". I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and I have worked with pool companies on several different occasions and believe me this is the first I'm meeting and working with a company where everyone affiliated with the company from the owners down to all the workers are honest, hardworking, polite and very professional. I'm pleased to have met and work with them, I will continue to work with them going forward and I will recommend them to all my family, friends, acquaintances and business associates. These guys don't get 100% in my book they get 110% for going the extra mile in costumer's satisfaction, their prices are very reasonable and economical base on market value with you also getting value for every dollar. Thank you very much for a job well done.
