It was all common sense being that they are digging a massive hole in my yard. Safety was always first, they used a heavy grade temporary fencing around the pool until the project was finished. During construction they went over settling and why they won't be back for awhile, again common sense. If it didn't settle my pavers would sink within a year. When completed Ralph did what he calls pool school and went over everything and made sure I understood. Jose is an exceptional service guy he had to come out for my railing and pool cover. Sand all over deck and pool deck. Pool deck cut up with Sawzall. Looks like it was cut with knife. Installers urinated behind my shed in corner visible to 3 of my neighbors. Garbage left around pool. Holes dug in yard not filled in. Total of approx. 15 minutes spent in pool to smooth out bottom of liner. 7 of those minutes spent installing skimmer and return hardware. Have pics and video of complete install. There was existing pools in location of install since 2004. Talked to owner who sent back his nephew to rectify liner wrinkles. Was asked if I wanted bottom or side taken care of. Hmmmm really? How bout all of it. Was informed I needed to empty pool of 15-18 inches of water to accomplish this. Stated I wished his Uncle, the owner informed me of that when i told him there was that much in it. Was directed by him to just stop filling. Informed installer since having a pool for 18 years, and having to change liner twice that I've done a better job. Heated words were exchanged and installer was instructed by me to get off my property 3 time before Police were called. Contacted Namco after incidence twice and installer once with no response from either to date.

I have used LGB Pool Company for my opening and closing for 19 years. This year their customer…read moreservice quality has been nothing shy then unacceptable, the boys as Gardner refers to came on time to close the pool, my wife and I were in the water enjoying the last day of it being open. The lead guy suggested we can continue to enjoy the pool as it was a gorgeous pool day and said it was no problem for them to come later in the afternoon. When they failed to show up I contacted Gardner who was as rude as I ever heard him not only to me but to my wife as well, denying his employee ever said that, and as a result of the delay he was not able to come till 3 weeks later. My wife who usually never get involved with contractors simply could not bear to be subjected to his abuse and grabbed the phone to verify what we both heard earlier from his lead guy, after all if we were led to realize that it would have delayed the closing by 3 weeks we clearly would have got out of the pool and let them close it. Gardner's vulgar voice overpowered my wife's and he eventually hung up on us. What an incredible customer service oriented act. Needless to say I regarded this incident as the last encounter with this company. In short to sum things up, I strongly advise anyone to refrain from subjecting yourselves to this horrible abuse. Stay away from doing business with Gardner and LGB.
