After three calls on her landline, and left messages each time. she then called back on her cell phone. They picked up and gave her the number for the installer. She called the installer. They have no order to install her pool. She has her permits. She told Namco that After getting them. They have her money, her contract yet they won't answer calls or do the installation. What kind of business is this?

Unlike the cheaper stuff at the big box stores you get to customize almost everything as much of it is custom-made to your specifications. As others have noted the salespeople are helpful (unlike the big box stores) and not pushy at all. This is one of those places I put in the category of "you get what you pay for". Definitely worth checking out.
