Joy and Samantha have been great and have a lot of patience. A few times the classes had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen issues but they are easy to make up.The classes are small. I listened to Joy's advice and sat where my youngest could not see me at first when he was crying and voila- the tears stopped. Now he can't wait for me to watch him swim. I'm glad I stuck to it even though they cried the whole time the first few session as both can't wait to jump in after a matter of times and have learned vital life skills.

I mistakenly purchased a pool from a local competitor and after a disastrous install have been going to Leslie's in Orange for about 4 years (and for the last 2 will not go anywhere else) They have never, not once, steered me wrong in buying chemicals (even going against the water test list of chemicals needed - telling me just to shock the heck out of the pool- which 100% worked instead of 6 different chems) or supplies/equipment. I refuse to go to any other place anymore because every time I have my pool water has not gotten better and I've had to go back for test again to Leslie's and guess what... problem solved. You may wait an extra few minutes for service. They may not say "Hi" when you walk in (because they are probably focused on someone else they are working with) - but they will damn sure take care of you when it's your turn, and they will steer you in the right direction.
