The fact that most of that stuff was added on onsite, and we were able to get a speedy and fair quote and approval was fantastic. The whole team is incredibly respectful, friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy and reliable. Communication was handled in the ways we felt most comfortable, and we never felt like anyone was overstepping or leaving us "in the dark". The work done was absolutely neat, organized, intuitive, and looks better than most of the existing work. They also cleaned every work area they were in, and went above and beyond to accommodate our layout, family, pets, and hectic schedules with other contractors and workers who came and went during their workdays here. They even came out after our "big one" snow storms and quickly and neatly shoveled the pathways from the driveway to the back and side of the house so they could do their work without interrupting us. These guys are the white glove services pros that you should absolutely hire if you want the ability to be just give your wish list and do nothing more than be a decision maker, or if (like my husband) you like to observe and talk shop and collaborate. They are extremely unprofessional and do yourself a favor and avoid this company that could not care less about the customers. Westfair said I needed to pay around $600 for their people to come out and "transfer" the system to me like plug in my modem and change the WiFi name/password. I didn't understand why this required Westfair to bill me multiple hours and asked simply for a quote to just turn on the system for me and they said no. the old owner said Westfair had remote access to the system so they could have helped me more efficiently but they weren't willing to at all, they just wanted to send 2 guys to my house to bill me for 3-4 hours. It felt like a total rip off and they had no interest in establishing a relationship and helping set me up. it left a bad taste in my mouth and I would never us them.

The homeowners and volunteers are very welcoming and kind. This is my second year going. I noticed they added more displays, synchronized lights to music in the front and even had a real life Santa on a sleigh. I'm an adult and throughly enjoy it. The kids love it. Last year, I brought my dog and they were gracious and allowed me to walk the displays with her. There are so many cute displays it's hard to focus. It reallly was a joyous visit.
