The fact that most of that stuff was added on onsite, and we were able to get a speedy and fair quote and approval was fantastic. The whole team is incredibly respectful, friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy and reliable. Communication was handled in the ways we felt most comfortable, and we never felt like anyone was overstepping or leaving us "in the dark". The work done was absolutely neat, organized, intuitive, and looks better than most of the existing work.
