NW is easily one of the best contractors I've ever used, and I'm 64 years old and, for 15 years, used to be in the trades myself. They're everything the profession requires to be considered great: expert, timely, honest, knowledgable, and easy to work with. All in all they possess what is needed to be called "highly professional". They upgraded my home's service (a big job), and also did smaller work like installing outlets and lights. The results are simply amazing and their work literally transformed our old home from having dark, under-lit rooms throughout to a beautifully-lit, warm environment with well thought-out use of switches and dimmers.
