And even though it wasn't originally scheduled, they also ended up doing some other electrical upgrades at our request, which included installing several outlets, some rewiring, some updating, and gave us the option of using existing wires, openings or equipment, or using new. The fact that most of that stuff was added on onsite, and we were able to get a speedy and fair quote and approval was fantastic. The whole team is incredibly respectful, friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy and reliable. Communication was handled in the ways we felt most comfortable, and we never felt like anyone was overstepping or leaving us "in the dark". The work done was absolutely neat, organized, intuitive, and looks better than most of the existing work. They also cleaned every work area they were in, and went above and beyond to accommodate our layout, family, pets, and hectic schedules with other contractors and workers who came and went during their workdays here. They even came out after our "big one" snow storms and quickly and neatly shoveled the pathways from the driveway to the back and side of the house so they could do their work without interrupting us. These guys are the white glove services pros that you should absolutely hire if you want the ability to be just give your wish list and do nothing more than be a decision maker, or if (like my husband) you like to observe and talk shop and collaborate. I'm now finding myself making a much bigger wish list for all the things I want to do and upgrade in my home. The possibilities feel endless, and well within reach thanks to Smart Electrical Solutions.

It honestly felt like he cared way more about filming his TikToks and trying to get famous than providing good customer service or running a professional business. When you hire a company, you expect them to focus on the job and deliver quality results, but that was definitely not the case here. After searching and calling a many other services without any success, we finally received an immediate response from Robert, the owner of Professional Electrical Services, who patiently listened to us, explained what needs to be done for safety, and then said that he will come first thing in the morning next day to evaluate the problem. Next morning he was here as promised, and said that the whole panel needs to be replaced. He provided us with a price quote which was fair for us and much less, comparable to other similar services in the industry. On Saturday, the team arrived before the specified time, and work was finished as planned; they were knowledgeable, and installed the new circuit quickly and neatly and at the quoted price.
