We called the Professional Electrical Services on Thanksgiving Day when we noticed a strange noise and smell coming out from electrical circuit breaker panel. After searching and calling a many other services without any success, we finally received an immediate response from Robert, the owner of Professional Electrical Services, who patiently listened to us, explained what needs to be done for safety, and then said that he will come first thing in the morning next day to evaluate the problem. Next morning he was here as promised, and said that the whole panel needs to be replaced. He provided us with a price quote which was fair for us and much less, comparable to other similar services in the industry. On Saturday, the team arrived before the specified time, and work was finished as planned; they were knowledgeable, and installed the new circuit quickly and neatly and at the quoted price. It was done the way it should be by competent contractors, so we were able to return to normal life fast. Robert and Zach are very professional and easy to work with; very responsive and helpful: they understand the situation and care to help as soon as possible. They were happy to spend an additional time and explain anything we need. We really lucked out finding these services. Very Good Electricians and Very Good People! We definitely will use them again (if needed) in the future and highly recommend these excellent services! Elena and son Philipp. read more

Robert and his team were amazing to work with. They upgraded my panel and service at my house. It was a mess (and probably bigger mess than they anticipated), but they didn't complain and they took the time to do the work correctly. Everything looks 10000% better than it did. My wife was so impressed she even told me I should leave them a positive review! I highly recommend! read more

Another job well done by PES! Angelo came out to help with a rogue thermostat and then also install a GFCI outlet. The outdoor outlet was a piece of cake for Angelo, no problem. But our rogue thermostat proved to be a challenge. Angelo refused to give up and he also got innovative to avoid having to cut holes into the wall and ceilings even tho that would probably have been much easier for him but much more costly for me. End of the day, he found the perfect solution and when he left, I had a new outlet and my thermostat was up & running! PES is definitely my go to for anything electrical. So if you need anything, definitely give them a call first and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Angelo!! read more

I would like to take a moment to thank Marissa and Zach! In February we had no electricity and my mother is oxygen dependent. I called and spoke with Marissa and Zach was at the house in an hour. The electricity was restored. Due to some wires related to the utility company, a dual repair was required. Zach called his supervisor and they worked with the utility company. I can't say enough great things about the responsiveness, professionalism, great skill and reliability. I hope we don't have any more electrical issues and if we do I know who to call. Huge thanks! Also, Zach was incredibly kind to my Mom which is a huge plus! read more

My dad had some electrical damage as a result of a tree falling in the front yard during a tropical storm. He contacted several electricians in the area - many of which never even returned his call. Professional Electrical Services returned our call right away. Marissa was friendly and very responsive. They quickly provided us a quote and scheduled a technician to come to the house to make the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of electrical support - they were wonderful to work with! read more

Called asking for a ballpark figure on a standard repair- replacing an electrical panel. I am buying a home and it came up in inspection. They would not even give me a vague, ballpark, saying they had to come out. I know this is not true. I have all pertinent information including a vivid photo and was only looking for local ballpark pricing. I do not yet own so I cannot have someone "come out to give an estimate". What I have found in the past is that when companies do this they either charge for the estimate or it gets padded into their fees to other people. This is just my experience. read more

PES LLC is amazing. The outlet where my washer and dryer are went on Christmas Eve. I figured I would inquire about having two outlets installed for a new location for my TV. PES came out the same day, literally three hours after I called. While they were there, I was offered, at no added coast, to have a new outlet cover placed where my dryer is. The outlet the seller of the house installed was the wrong one. While I ran out the buy it, PES noticed a few other small things and fixed them since they were there. I can not believe how prompt they were and helpful. I am a new homeowner and I have found my electrician for future issues. read more

We are selling our house and had a laundry list of repairs after the home inspection. The team at Professional Electrical Services took excellent care of us. It was very easy to set up the appointment. Afterward, I received a text with the name of the tech and a 1 hour window in which they would be arriving. I received another text when the Tech was on the way. The repair was quick and neatly addressed all the highlighted issues. I received a detailed invoice when they were done and a follow up text from the owner to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to all. read more

My main circuit breaker for my condo tripped because of age. Bob called back quickly, was very helpful over the phone, and came out that afternoon to fix the problem. Quick response time, very professional. I highly recommend. read more

On the first occasion Richard Marcks provided services to us, his services were wonderful. The second, a few years later, the home visit/consult seemed a bit rushed, he didn't write any notes as to what we were discussing, and somewhere between my home and his office, he forgot half of what we discussed. When given the quote, I was under the impression it was for the work we discussed, not what he just made mental notes of. He sent 2 employees to complete the work (Recessed Lighting Installation) which was very well done in one day. On the second visit, 2 tv-wall mounts with wires concealed was what was discussed. Wires exposed, Living Room TV had to be lowered by another Pro because after the 2nd visit, which the same two employees seemed rushed, didn't clean up after themselves, and had us return items to the store stating they weren't needed when they WERE! I cannot knowingly refer this business to anyone. When we called to speak to Richard regarding the installation he instantly thought we were looking for a discount. I don't know if that was because of our demographic or our race, but either way, it was a VERY inappropriate and untrue assumption. PROFESSIONAL, they ARE NOT!. I think when discussing electrical services that are being sought in EVERY room of a home, taking notes on a pad instead of trying to recollect them after getting back to the office might be a wise decision. Just saying. read more

I usually leave reviews when things are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This experience and this company fall into the exceptionally good territory. They use an automated system with acknowledgements and updates and the electrician, Addison showed up on time and did just excellent and thorough work. He cleaned up after himself and wanted to make sure that I was fully satisfied. The other notable practice of this company is that even though they charge an upfront charge of $59 as a trip charge that doesn't go towards the work, they charged me a more than reasonable total including this charge and told me right up front what this would be. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling again. read more

I called Bob for a quote he was extremely professional. We met a few days later to discuss my electrical needs. He sent me a quote and we made an appointment. Bob did the electric work in a timely fashion and left the work area spotless. I will use his company again and have recommended him already. read more

We contacted Bob about an issue we were having with our fuse box (yes, fuse box!). Not only was his response quick and professional, the issue turned out to be something as simple as resetting the buttons on the fuses that he didn't even charge us for the work! We will definitely recommend Professional Electrical Services to anyone in the future. read more

We needed an electrician as we lost power due to a short circuit on the second floor. The technician (Angelo) came within a couple of hours after our call, wore a mask and gloves, and rapidly identified and fixed the problem. He was extremely helpful, fast and efficient. He also vacuumed cleaned the work space after he changed the outlet. Finally, the final price was very competitive and we could use for a credit for future work if need be. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience! We will without a doubt use Professional Electrical Services if we need in the future. read more

I called Professional Electrical based on previous reviews. I needed an electrician to replace the circuit breaker for my stove. I explained my problem to Bob over the phone. He understood my issue right away and was familiar with the older circuit breaker box I have. He was able to come right out the same day. His quote for the job was very reasonable in my opinion. He got the job done quickly and professionally. I couldn't have been more pleased. Excellent experience. I will definitely be calling Bob again for my future electrical needs. Highly recommend! read more

The guys wired our new-to-us (used) stove and, because it was less work than expected, charged us less than the estimate. They also gave us expert advice on a safety feature it needed. read more

Called the day before a holiday after 6pm, within an hour of close, got a call back within an hour and had the problem fixed within 12 hours on a holiday! Great, informational website, all electronic payment and invoicing. Highly recommended! read more

I would highly recommend Bob, Professional Electrical Services. My project ended up changing, he gave a quote- I had gotten several quotes already- and he gave a price that I would expect and was fair, and was able to fully understand my nightmare of a panel upgrade and come up with a realistic plan in a very short time...other electricians had a hard time with this. Due to a change in my plans I did not upgrade with him, he replied to my emails promptly and was professional, polite, and helpful to the end. We will be hiring him for future electrical work. read more

Mark did a great job! Highly recommend!

Bob & team did a ton of repairs for me including putting in a new fuse box, rewiring things, and putting in GFCI outlets. They were on time, quick to respond and offered fair pricing. Very professional and reliable, which means a lot. Thanks!! read more

I contacted Bob about flickering lights. Seeing as this can be a BIG fire hazard if it's a loose connection in the wall I needed someone to come check it out asap. He first asked what time would work for us then gave a half hour time frame in that block he would be there. He inspected everything and it turned out to be a power company issue. But it was still great to get peace of mind. Bob was professional and cordial! I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him if I need an electrician in the future. read more
