We called about 5 times requesting to speak to someone and Cannondale just sent us a contract in the mail without ever returning our call. During the crazy storm in August of 2020, many people in our town couldn't reach Cannondale to fix their generators. We decided on A&J because of how communicative they were - they worked around the clock during that storm to help their customers. Since then, we've had nothing but positive experiences with A&J. Our generator is getting up there in age, so we had to have several service calls this year. We were able to immediately reach someone via phone and email. Each time they sent someone over quickly. One time, our generator stopped working overnight during a power outage. We called them at 5am and they had someone at our house by 7am. Soon after, they were able to replace the part and give our generator a bit more time as we navigate the process of obtaining a new generator. A&J educated us on the the changes in regulations, walked us through the many options out there, and helped us find a new spot for the generator without ruining the look of our property. On July 27, 2026 a technician from Flynn-Aire arrived at our home to conduct a yearly maintenance…read moreon our central air conditioning system. We were concerned as we watched the technician and asked him how long he'd been with Flynn-Aire. He answered 8 months. ( for this level of expertise we paid $350) After a cursory check on our system the technician said everything was fine, and he left. Two hours later we went upstairs where to our horror water was dripping from the unit in our attic along the ceiling, onto our carpeting and into our chandelier. After two phone calls Flynn-Aire dispatched a second technician who glued the pipe that had been damaged by technician #1 and told us we would be contacted by Flynn since they had "a Sheetrock Guy" who could repair the damage. And then - crickets. No call from Flynn-Aire. Today is August 7, we have repeatedly called to speak to the owner, Bob Von Hagen, but he obviously has "Colleen" running interference and we have not heard from him. We have pictures to support our statement. We leave the decision on whether or not to use Flynn-Aire for your air conditioning needs to you. Count us as a former client.

It took a little bit of initial persistence to get a call back, but once we connected with Ken, it was smooth sailing. He came on a Friday to check out the job (a broken dimmer and a new outlet), came back on Monday to do it, and was efficient, competent, pleasant, and neat. And reasonable! A very positive experience all around - we highly recommend them.
