But our rogue thermostat proved to be a challenge. Angelo refused to give up and he also got innovative to avoid having to cut holes into the wall and ceilings even tho that would probably have been much easier for him but much more costly for me. End of the day, he found the perfect solution and when he left, I had a new outlet and my thermostat was up & running! PES is definitely my go to for anything electrical. That was not close to the case with the lack of service extended by Elite, say they want that low ranking. Their pricing is Elite and their service is nonexistent.
