My mother in law said they didn't call before they delivered the pool yet the paperwork has her number. After three calls on her landline, and left messages each time. she then called back on her cell phone. They picked up and gave her the number for the installer. She called the installer. They have no order to install her pool. She has her permits. She told Namco that After getting them. They have her money, her contract yet they won't answer calls or do the installation. What kind of business is this?

Oh, and as a side note I bought a roll of plumber's tape from them and when I looked at my receipt it was $10 for something Home Depot sells for .98 cents!! Can you say price gouging??

This year their customer…read moreservice quality has been nothing shy then unacceptable, the boys as Gardner refers to came on time to close the pool, my wife and I were in the water enjoying the last day of it being open. The lead guy suggested we can continue to enjoy the pool as it was a gorgeous pool day and said it was no problem for them to come later in the afternoon. When they failed to show up I contacted Gardner who was as rude as I ever heard him not only to me but to my wife as well, denying his employee ever said that, and as a result of the delay he was not able to come till 3 weeks later. My wife who usually never get involved with contractors simply could not bear to be subjected to his abuse and grabbed the phone to verify what we both heard earlier from his lead guy, after all if we were led to realize that it would have delayed the closing by 3 weeks we clearly would have got out of the pool and let them close it. Gardner's vulgar voice overpowered my wife's and he eventually hung up on us. What an incredible customer service oriented act. Needless to say I regarded this incident as the last encounter with this company. In short to sum things up, I strongly advise anyone to refrain from subjecting yourselves to this horrible abuse. Stay away from doing business with Gardner and LGB.

Today, our pool was losing significant water and I could not find the leak. Jake came right over with his SCUBA diving gear. He located the leak and had it repaired in 20 minutes. I really appreciate being able to depend on the guys at LGB to help me out when I call with a problem. They also did a great job several years ago when we had the liner of our in-ground pool replaced. I highly recommend LGB Pools.
