Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

Within 5 minutes of walking into the store Matt the manager had the cleaner apart and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He ordered the part and within days my cleaner was back in my pool working. I also had my water tested there and purchased some supplies. His entire team was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous . They didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and I have worked with pool companies on several different occasions and believe me this is the first I'm meeting and working with a company where everyone affiliated with the company from the owners down to all the workers are honest, hardworking, polite and very professional.
