I'm beyond frustrated, they've ruined the whole process of doing a home project for me. They've stressed me out completely for at least the last 6 months. I'm tired and beat. I signed my contract on 6/6/21, I was told I would have it installed on 5/2/2022. It is now 12/6/2022 and I still have nothing. No phone calls returned, worst customer service ever. I've got a list of every time I've called the office or John himself and every response I've gotten from them. They are completely unresponsive, every date I've been given after 5/2 was a complete lie and I highly doubt they even have my pool. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one left on earth.
