Our…read moreinsulated above ground pool with stadium stairs was purchased from the manufacturer during the winter months. When we were finally ready to install it, we got a few estimates. Most of them came in around the same price. However, Carlos was the only one who came out for the estimate immediately and the the only one who got back to is promptly, which I appreciated. The Aquafix team started shortly after, answered all my questions along the way and set my mind at ease as a new pool owner. The team's attention to detail was apparent and 2 months later I am grateful they built me a solid pool. 100% would recommend.

Approximately three months after completion, the pool still had not passed final inspection. The company handled the permit and communications with the inspector. When the final inspection failed, they forwarded the report to me, and told me to take care of those things. Instead of actively resolving the outstanding requirements. Mind you I have no idea how to get most of these things done, since I am not a contractor and I never had to deal with these things and from the beginning they were taking of the permit and what was needed for inspection. I have never even met the inspector even once. And I had no idea from the beginning those things were going to be needed to passed and close the permit. Now I have a survey open, they got paid all their money because I didn't even know these things were gonna be needed. They block my number and they are not responding to emails. I paid 125k total for a pool. I was told that everything was going to be handle by them from start to finish. Now my only option is to take them to small court claims and that's exactly what I will do. Shame on them. Do not use them. If you do please make sure they told you everything and put it on paper. What will be needed to get the permit and close the permit. I didn't know so I didn't asked and those things were never mentioned. He make sure he gets all his money before telling me about final inspection.

My property runs on a slight grade, I was worried about damage to the lawn from the trucks/Bobcat. However, upon completion I could barely tell that they were there (except for the pool:)). They even helped me out with leveling a fire pit project I was working on. Also my 9 year old daughter got a brief lesson operating a Bobcat, big thrill for her. Overall I'm very happy with work and price. I first checked with Royal pools, Pool FX was almost $2000 below Royals price.

John has been servicing my pool for about two months now and its the little things that matter that ultimately have an impact into how your pool will look. 1. He's honest. When he shows up he puts the work in. He doesn't throw chems in the pool and bail because the home owner might not be home just to collect $$ 2. He's on time. To date, he hasn't missed a scheduled service and shows up every week at the same time. 3. Communication. He communicates everything thoroughly from the initial call. 4. Detailed. He puts the work in when he services your pool. He vacuums my pool even though I already have a vacuum. Those little details. Overall, he's just a nice guy and my pool is sparkling. I just cant find anything negative in my first two months. Keep up the great work John.
