Approximately three months after completion, the pool still had not passed final inspection. The company handled the permit and communications with the inspector. When the final inspection failed, they forwarded the report to me, and told me to take care of those things. Instead of actively resolving the outstanding requirements. Mind you I have no idea how to get most of these things done, since I am not a contractor and I never had to deal with these things and from the beginning they were taking of the permit and what was needed for inspection. I have never even met the inspector even once. And I had no idea from the beginning those things were going to be needed to passed and close the permit. Now I have a survey open, they got paid all their money because I didn't even know these things were gonna be needed. They block my number and they are not responding to emails. I paid 125k total for a pool. I was told that everything was going to be handle by them from start to finish. Now my only option is to take them to small court claims and that's exactly what I will do. Shame on them. Do not use them. If you do please make sure they told you everything and put it on paper. What will be needed to get the permit and close the permit. I didn't know so I didn't asked and those things were never mentioned. He make sure he gets all his money before telling me about final inspection.

They were the highest price but came highly recommended by neighbors and I didn't want to cut corners and take a chance. At their request, I made the mistake of paying them when the job was "almost done." In the time it took me to run to the store and come back, they packed up and left without finishing the job. Like other reviews have said, their attitude went from great to downright hostile the minute they had their money. I spent $25,000 to have this pool refurbished, and they left me with a pool that is unfinished, leaking, unable to properly circulate, and with no chemicals in it. It is now starting to turn back into the same swamp I paid them to fix. Now I have to take more time off work and fly back to NY to find a company to finish the job. If they'll do this to a 75 year old widow, I doubt they'll care about taking your money.

My property runs on a slight grade, I was worried about damage to the lawn from the trucks/Bobcat. However, upon completion I could barely tell that they were there (except for the pool:)).
