I have been a customer for many years and when I received a call with only a 24 hr notice that Tri State was coming, I began a long night of getting ready for pool opening. The decks required cleaning so debris would not blow into exposed water, the equipment was retrieved from cellar, rain water was drained from leaf net and cover but most of the night was spent filling water level to skimmer box. We have a well, known to Tri State, and water can only run for 2 hours or the prime is lost. Needless to say it took 8 hrs. to fill, stopping every 2 hrs. with 30 minute breaks in between. On next day, the driveway gate was closed (as always), and owner arrived to open pool. He left without calling house to open. After waiting all day, we called to be told, he expected to have gate open!!! ( No honked horn, no telephone call, no nothing ). We live in the woods..gate keeps deer out of my gardens. Hopefully, this poor business man develops a respectful attitude. read more
