From start to finish this has been nothing but a 100% enjoyable experience working with the team at Paradise!!!! Mike, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The girls in the store are very helpful. Ashley was great to deal with, always giving us updates. We live on a steep hill with a winding driveway. They were sure to make sure that they did not put the hoses on our driveway, that was just paved, to drain the pool. Thomas, who delivered the hoses was a great help. Then the actual installation of our liner....Ed & Pat & their 2 helpers, Mike & Pat's son (I didn't get his name) were beyond knowledeable & experts in their field! It went in very smoothly & quickly. They repaired an area where water had seeped in under the liner and it is good as new! They assured us that the wrinkles would dissipate after the water was in and they were 100% correct. Joe from The Waterman was also a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them. It is not easy to find people that are honest and are really good at their work or for that matter that want to work!!! We are thrilled with our new liner! It looks like a whole new pool! Our experience with Paradise was beyond excellent. Mike is a real gentleman, a man of his word. We had a lot of problems with and it was quite a mystery to figure out. Mike and his crew were diligent and didn't give up. My husband and I were losing hope but Mike didn't. They problem in a timely way And thankfully we can enjoy our pool this summer. They don't try to sell you extra things that you don't need or make appointments that they don't show up to. They come on time they work well together a real harmonized situation. Get the price and what will be done up front! Lesson learned the hard way. Paradise came to open my hot tub and it was dirty, apparently from an old cover. Guys tightened a fitting, replaced a cap (Paradise had been the one to close it), told me to clean it and left. I had no problem with the guys but my problem was being charged almost $200 for that. It was billed as a complete opening. I understand a service call charge but thought that was really excessive. Woman on phone did not offer any suggestions ...or sympathy. Wouldn't you think they would rather keep a repeat customer? So at 74, I'm left starting from scratch and almost $200 in the hole.... read more

If your looking for headaches look no further than this company...... We hired paradise to install a new above ground pool which should be a bunt considering they "do this all the time" according to the owner, well it wasn't, our pool has leaked since day one as there is a hole in our liner due to install, their solution is a patch job that is now leaking again, and we are stuck with a brand new pool that leaks all of its water out. Paradise will not replace the liner nor will they disclose any information on the liner company. Steer clear of this company, once they get your money they never look back!!!! read more

The people they use unbelievably rude and the owner doesn't give a damn even after the bad attitude from employees brought to his attention. They will do a barely acceptable job and expect you to pay premium prices. Gave them the benefit of doubt a couple of times but after the last one, I will never use them again. read more

Glad to see that this business is doing well and seemed fully staffed. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked and the chemicals always work well for me. One small disappointment was testing my water sample. Unfortunately they stop doing testing about 30 minutes before closing (this might be a new policy) and I showed up 10-15 minutes before closing. They politely offered to rest in the morning and give me a call with the results. read more

I am a satisfied customer of Paradise Pools.They installed our above ground pool a few years back, and everything has lasted pretty well.We had to have the liner adjusted after hurricane Sandy, but hey,that was a natural disaster! I had my liner replaced last year & couldn't believe how the owner was there making sure the job came out PERFECT. Prices are more than fair.
