I called him to come here to check it out the best way to do that and to check what he needs and how much will cost. He came and gave me the instructions about what he thinks was the best way to do that and he said my hose needs to be fixed and he gave me the price for all the service. Before i say to him I want to do the service I asked him if everything will be hidden because of my dog and because I don't want anything exposed and ugly. He said yes and said only the feeder tube will be exposed but everything else hidden. We did an appointment. He came and my son paid him because I was at work. First of all he did not gave us any receipt for the payment!!! Even after I asked him to do that because I need to show the landlord. And worse of that, when I came home and checked his service I saw that he did not fix the hose and everything is leaking now. (I asked him to come back to fix it and he said that is not his business. How?? How he will install a sprinkler without leave that working?!) And more of all this, he left everything ridiculously ugly and exposed and I think he did not put the right thing because the water is coming crazy! I tried to contact him and he said it's not his business and his service was done. Like I said, how someone come, check, say what he needs to INSTALL A SPRINKLER SYSTEM and after that say that if it's leaking is not his business????? Then, he said he will come to do "by his heart" but gave me a lot excuses and never came. Now, he blocked me and I cannot contact him anymore! I'm pregnant and very mad right now. It's just to aware everyone about this company and this guy because nobody deserves that! I have everything saved on my Facebook messenger!!! And have photos and etc. THE NAME OF HIS BUSINEES IS "lawns hedges and weeds". JUST SAW ON HIS FULL PROFILE. AND IT'S ANOTHER THING THAT DISAPPOINTED ME. Why he putted different name and address on my quote? That's scary!

I put a request for service out and Zaragoza was quick to respond. Job: 5/5 Zaragoza came out fast, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fox it on the spot in less than an hour. The issue ended up being a broken cap in the ground that sealed off an old part of the system. He dug it up and replaced the cap quick. Customer Service: 4.5/5 He was very nice and personable. In addition, he took the time to explain to me how to diagnose future problems similar to this myself. He gave me several tips and tricks I can utilize for my future lawn care needs. While he was here, I asked him if he could assess a tree and give me an estimate for its removal. He happily took the time to look at it. The only reason it's not 5/5 is because he did not discuss the price prior to fixing the problem. Price: 3/5 I was charged $350 for the whole job. I thought it was a little steep for this particular job. However, I also know I'm paying for the expertise. At this point, I also just wanted this issue handled after dealing with it for 1-2 months. However, the estimate he gave for the tree and stump removal I thought was great. To remove a mulberry tree, he quoted me $550 for the removal and $400 more for the stump removal. I will definitely be calling back for the tree removal. Overall, Zaragoza did a great job and I would recommend!
