Chopped and with some crispy pork cracklings on top, it was really very tasty. The mustard on the side was a great addition to every savory bite. Next the meatball. Spicy and delicious with a bit of kale added for texture and color. This was EVEN BETTER than the Porchetta if you can believe it. The kale salad was also good as well as the spicy pickle.
