Similar market strategy with otherplace that serves thesame sandwiches Only difference was the restaurant itself has an upscale look inside..somewhat countryside feel..serves different kind of soda. I got the pulledpork sandwich with sides of potato salad, kinda pricey for what you are getting for that amount. Free street parking.. Try it yourself guys..just not my place to be...

Number 27 - roast beef, provolone, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, onions, sriracha mayonnaise and garlic aioli

Wow for a hearty and filling sandwich - you need to order from big star! I got the Number 27 - roast beef, provolone, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, onions, sriracha mayonnaise and garlic aioli and it did not disappoint. I can't speak for the interior or service as someone else picked up my food but wow was it delicious! It was difficult choosing which one to get as the menu is quite expansive but I like how they section it off by types (roast beef/turkey/vegetarian/deli cuts/pork/etc). Easily one of my favourite subs.

Good thing the artistic sushi joint next door had an arbitrary closure due to a large catering order, we luckily stumbled upon this sandwich bar. Interior is a bit on the stark side. Isn't much of dinning joint. Now that with Covid in full swing, half the tables are folded up, so it is unlikely one is able to dine inside beyond say 4-6 people. Price point wise it is about double of the next door Subway sandwiches. However don't let the price dissuade you. They make some mean delish sandwiches. Experience comparable to some of the fanciest NYC Soho sandwiches joints I have been to. Yes it is that good. High recommend it.

Been wanting to come here for a while and finally had the chance to come. This is definitely better than subway and quiznos. This is very recommended for sandwich and worth it for the price and for the taste. Cheers! I am looking forward to come back!

Great sandwich but $15 for this large corn beef, seriously?

Very good sandwiches, but seriously overpriced. This is the large corn beef at $15! For that you get the sandwich and a pickle. I'm going to enjoy this but probably won't buy again unless they adjust their prices.

Delicious and filling deli sandwiches. Fresh bread, high-quality ingredients and a lot of veggie/customizable options. I always get the #31 (veggie turkey & provolone) , and my bf is a big fan of the #3 (turkey & capicola) and #4 (roast beef w/ bacon) Do yourself a favor; skip Subway, spend an extra dollar or 2 and get a way better sandwich by a mile.

We recently moved to the area and were excited to try a new sandwich spot. My husband ordered me turkey and it came drenched in mayo. Mayo was all I could taste and the lettuce was so saturated in sauce that it was limp. I could not taste the turkey at all. I managed to eat the bottom half of one half because the sandwich plus delivery wasn't cheap. Never again.

Corned beef is amazing. Yum. Has some mack sauce and hickory sticks in there. I get a side of pickle. Service is still ridiculously slow, so if you are in a hurry..avoid this place.

Prices are ridiculous for the portion size, nothing special about the sandwiches. Disappointing expensive experience.

Pretty good but my husband said his pulled turkey was dry. My beef was pretty good but would have been better if the sandwich was warm.

Located beside Hell Crust (former Fresh Slice) underneath Cineplex in Metrotown…read more Plenty of parking as it is inside the mall - has about 5 tables from what I can recall. You can hear the music from the mall , however i don't believe they had any of their own tunes playing. You can easily have a conversation here. However, because of the small seating/eating area, you will sometimes have other customers staring you down to leave so they can take your table. It's a busy mall I get it, but please don't be the person staring others down. Service was okay, nothing special, they greet you and you order , followed by waiting for them to call your order number. Ordered the Cowboy - with the fries and drink add on to make it a combo - and found it to be on the pricier end of things. After taxes and "Tip" it was nearly $25. Some may say that is average , it's in the mall , rising costs and such, which I understand. But I just didn't feel like the portion or quality measured up. Fries were okay , tasted like Kirkland Costco fries - nice crisp - however seasoned poorly as some pieces were way to salty , while others just tasted like a plain potato. The cowboy mentioned crispy onions - did not taste any of that - Spicy BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side. - the bun was pretty dry - and the fillings were lifted , and wasn't actually enough to fill the entire sandwich. Can of mountain dew - well it was a canned drink so it was fine. As there is tons of other food options in the mall - i will unlikely visit this one again. Hope everyone else has a better experience , if you decide to give it a go.

My order: -Japanese Style Cheesesteak: my personal favourite - juicy sautéed mushrooms & onions, aged cheddar, wasabi mayo and of course premium ribeye steak slices. It's saucy, and the cheese blend enhances the flavour. -Koagie (Korean Hoagie): Kimchi was good (not too sour or spicy), so I could comfortably eat it. -New Yorker: the classic if you don't want to venture away from a "normal Philly cheesesteak" - topped with fresh tomatoes and lettuce Overall, the hoagie roll was soft on the inside, and a good chewy texture on the outside. I reheated mines in the microwave, and it still tasted good several hours later. These cheeseteaks are more saucy than the traditional cheesesteaks, which I personally enjoyed as every bite was filled with flavour. Very filling - best to share if you want to try different flavours. I also really liked their assortment of cheeses (no fake Cheez-Whiz stuff, sorry if you like that though), I think they use aged cheddar, provolone, and some others in a cheese blend. They definitely don't cheap out, and use a generous portion of tender/sliced prime rib steak. All cheesesteaks are made-to-order on a grill when you place your order. -Onion Rings: skinny-style -Deep Fried Pickles: good thick cut of pickles to breading ratio -ACC Fries (Garlic Butter & Parmesan): classic thick cut fries with a very "potato-y" flavour -White Chocolate Blueberry Milkshake: quite sweet, definitely for people that have a sweet tooth Also, I definitely have to mention the house-made sauces, they're so good for dipping the onion rings, pickles, and fries (cheesesteaks were saucy enough, so I didn't need it there). My personal favourites were the roasted garlic aioli, smoke Chipotle BBQ (not to overpowering or salty), and mustard (real mustard seeds).

The street-side entrance is pretty sketchy-looking and we totally went by the place the first time even though we were looking for it because of how barricaded-up it looked. But once you get inside, it's very cosy. There's a huge electronic menu right behind where you order, which is great. I don't have to dquint to read everything! For sure a small place, they have quite a bit of selection for food. The banh mi comes as just a sandwich or as a meal with spring rolls and a can of pop. I got the garlic beef one which was amazing. They are very generous with the meat, mine had at least 4 or 5 whole slices throughout. My boyfriend had the deluxe classic which was also delicious and huge. Takes me at least 3 bites to cover the width of the banh mi to try all the toppings! I definitely want to go again and try the lemongrass options next time.
