The menu online wasn't the same as in person, which disappointed one person in our party who had picked out the dish they really wanted and then couldn't find it in store. Mixed reviews at the table overall. Food: * Turkey burger (mine): Well seasoned and I enjoyed it, but not SUPER memorable in anyway. For healthy fare, it'll do. * Cheese pizza (two people ordered it): A little sad. The crust was a bit cardboardy. I'd pick other dishes instead. Note: overall portions were a bit small. BUT the waitress was the best. She brought everything we wanted, listened to our food restrictions and requirements, modified items as needed, and split the bills at the end. We all paid with Inkind on our phones, so it was easy to split, and you get a little discount and can head right out the door.

I like to swap out the roasted chicken for the blackened chicken. That's another thing I love about SweetGreen is how seamless it is to customize your meal! The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because ya girl HATES an onion. And my sweet potatoes today are giving a pinch of onion flavor. I'm assuming someone prepped the onion then prepped the sweet potatoes. Nevertheless, the bowl is still great and I'll def be back.

I was there from 9am-11am on a Friday and it was not packed nor did a family use the table I wanted while I was there. No one came in with 3 strollers either. Aside from that, I was trying to be helpful so the stroller wouldn't get in the way of customers and wait staff. The host basically made it harder for them, not me. Its 4.9-star rating out of 20 ratings was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience. Looking through the menu at Chickies, I was interested in the Cheese Ravioli, Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella & Red Sauce, Hand-Cut French Fries, and Jumbo Pizza Slice with a drink. I must say that I was surprised to see so many Italian items on the menu at Chickies because I always pictured it as a burger restaurant. I ended up ordering their Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella & Red Sauce because it was the one thing my taste buds desired at the time--other than a slice of pizza, which I can honestly eat every day and not get bored of. I love ordering online for the convenience and the ability to schedule a pickup time. Most of the time, my orders are ready--or nearly ready--upon arrival. By the time I reached the restaurant, my order was being finished behind the counter. While waiting for my order, I just could not resist ordering a cherry milkshake--a rare item for me to see on a menu--while browsing through the menu to kill time. I joked with the employee that it is an item that will surely lure me back to Chickies. Because of this smooth experience, the likelihood of me ordering online from this location again is very high. "Mmmm... That is good!" was my first response after taking a sip of the cherry milkshake, which tasted exactly as it sounds. I had quite a few sips before even driving out of the parking lot at Chickies. It was so good that my mouth watered between sips, and I failed to take any pictures of it--which you will have to forgive me for. I was very pleased with the size of the Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella & Red Sauce. It was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! Each bite offered a perfect blend of savory eggplant and rich red sauce, so I wasted no time finishing it. If you are staring at the Chickies menu and cannot decide what to get, look no further than the Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella & Red Sauce--it will leave you feeling thoroughly satisfied. Being that I had a great ordering experience, I would surely order from The Original Chickies again whether it be Uber Eats delivery or takeout whenever visiting the area.
