I saw the Ceviche Bar on social media and decided to try it out. We went on a weekday evening and the restaurant was not packed lol thankfully. (I wanted is to be able to take our time since this was our first visit). We were immediately greeted by the staff who were very helpful with explaining everything and assisting us pick out a dish. I decided to try the "build your own" ceviche. I chose the shrimp and the crab meat. They also let me taste a few of their sauces and even though they were delicious, they were definitely spicy. So beware!! However, the staff asked what level of spice I wanted from 1 to 10 and even though I said a 5, it was still spicy. . After picking the meats, I was then able to pick as many veggies as I wanted so of course I splurged lol. I got corn, carrots, red cabbage, cilantro, bell peppers, onions etc. I also added some avocado, which was an extra $2, but I can't have ceviche without avocado. My dish was very delicious!! It was quite a lot of food for ceviche. I do wish they would have given me more meat, but all in all for $14, you can't beat that price. I definitely suggest you check them out for yourself!! read more
