In a bind, I started cold-calling around to see if anyone could help. Not only did I need the work done immediately, but I also needed a shop willing to navigate all the insurance hoops. Jesse was awesome. He told me to come right in, and after six separate calls with the insurance company, he and Steven got everything approved and completed the entire job in just four hours. I am so grateful! Great customer service has felt rare lately, but these guys knocked it out of the park. Easily the best experience I've had in a long time. Thank you so much, Jesse and Steven!

After two days with a dead…read morephone, and many calls in to the insurance carrier, and customer care without resolve, I WAS BESIDE MYSELF!!! The issue had escalated into a complete nightmare when I entered this store. I was assisted by Sarah who began troubleshooting, while patiently answering my many questions throughout. She further took the time to demonstrate (hands on) several other products I'd asked about. Subsequently, this provided me with the confidence to operate technology that I previously feared. On the original issue, and no fault of this store, or Sarah, I had to return the following day in order to obtain another SIM card. Upon my return, Sarah was assisting another customer, and turned my issue over to Sean O' Brien who matched her level of helpfulness. Sarah returned to my issue shortly thereafter, at which point both her and Sean both provided me with above and beyond assistance, and personalized tutoring to boot! Sarah and Sean present as a team that surpasses a customer's expectations. They neither pressure sell, nor discourage questions, and especially afford the technically challenged customer (such as myself) to feel confident shopping at this store. They are an asset to AT&T, as well as to it's customers, and they are to be commended! I left this store completely and thoroughly impressed by both of them. Thank you Sarah and Sean! You are both a 5 STAR Class Act!

Convenient and affordable!…read more It's surprising how expensive printer ink can be. For years, I was tasked to replace the ink cartridges on my office's printers. We would heavily use them daily (lots of documents to print) and found that they'd run out more frequently than average. I recall the first time dropping by a big box office supply store and being astonished over the cost of the replacement cartridges. Surely there had to be an alternative. Enter Cartridge World. This shop is small but packs a big punch. They are located in the Safeway shopping center with excellent parking and a great central spot adjacent to downtown Chico. Cartridge World does sell name brand cartridges of all types, but the item that reeled me in was their store brand refills. To my knowledge, they will take your used cartridge, refill it at their shop, and then allow for it to be used again, and again. I was skeptical bringing my Canon cartridges here for exchange as the printers had an ink sensor. Would it be accurate if I wasn't replacing with the real deal? Surprisingly, I had few to no technical issues and my printers accepted these refill cartridges. I can tell you that I've saved dozens of dollars over the years by patronizing this neat little shop. If you are in need of printer ink replacement on a budget, look no further.
