They don't honor the prices that are marked. Watch out! They'll over charge you. No customer service.

Target always has what you need.. the customers aren't dressed as.. snappy as Walmarts. Targets are clean and affordable.

They have great service and when you go in if you forget your mask they give you one they are very polite an kind I would go here forever.

Tia was very helpful when we spent over $28,000 on furniture but they sold us a warranty that…read moredoesn't work:-(. Family run, very expensive store with beautiful items. I am very disappointed that I cannot repair furniture that was way over priced even though they sold us a warranty:-(. I also had a $300 credit for pillows I returned that seemed to disappear. Overall, I would like these issues resolved but they haven't been able to do it which led me to 2 stars. For an upscale furniture store, I would expect that they could resolve these issues. No we didn't "yell at the service man". He actually told us that why we wrote in the claim is not what he was coming to take a picture of. All of my children were present when he was there and he just kept telling my son..."things are going to get weirder?" Not sure what he was referring to. There is no reason why the furniture shouldn't be replaced. Yes, my ex husband left fish tanks on pieces that were ruined and beer bottles which caused water damage. All of those things were to be covered in your policy. Like I said, Ana and Tia were lovely to work with but the furniture we would still like repaired as it's under a warranty you sold us. I can share with you the entire conversation with the repair man as we recorded it. He was very strange and we still stayed respectful. In no way would we ever yell at a repair man. We had damage to the cushion on the couch and he said he was there to take a picture of the back of it! Lucky for us Guardsman paid it in full. Regarding the $300 credit, my daughter was excited to buy something for her room and it disappeared! One week they said it was there as we returned pillows and the next week it was gone. Nothing was purchase with the $300 but again we don't want to argue. It would be nice if you repaired the furniture as you seemed to do before my husband moved out but after I left him, nothing got fixed. Oh well, you are the owner and you have the right to run things as you wish. Have a lovely rest of your weekend!!!

I can't say enough nice things about this family and what amazing experience we had working with…read morethem. Tia helped me refurnished my entire house after we had had a house fire. She is knowledgeable, professional, and so talented. She was kind, efficient and just a joy to work with
