They wanted to scan my driver's license! FOR WHAT? Because they needed to prove that I wasn't someone trying to scam them. Say, what? I am very happy to take my business to Kohl's or Ross. I think that they may have the wrong personality behind the counter at this store. They need to have somebody that's more engaging with the customers. After a few questions and breaking the ice the sales lady did ask me if I would care for a cup of water or coffee. That is a nice perk to offer your customers, but it almost felt awkward. I feel like if the woman would take the time to offer every customer a beverage as they entered, they would feel more welcome. The store isn't exactly flooded with people. Store is clean, bright and has everything you need for a successful grocery or shopping trip. Prices are reasonable. I normally come here for groceries. Service is mostly above average. Lately, we've [family members and I] been coming here for curbside pick-up, which is quick and painless.
