I am very disappointed that I cannot repair furniture that was way over priced even though they sold us a warranty:-(. I also had a $300 credit for pillows I returned that seemed to disappear. Overall, I would like these issues resolved but they haven't been able to do it which led me to 2 stars. For an upscale furniture store, I would expect that they could resolve these issues. No we didn't "yell at the service man". He actually told us that why we wrote in the claim is not what he was coming to take a picture of. All of my children were present when he was there and he just kept telling my son..."things are going to get weirder?" Not sure what he was referring to. There is no reason why the furniture shouldn't be replaced. Yes, my ex husband left fish tanks on pieces that were ruined and beer bottles which caused water damage. All of those things were to be covered in your policy. Like I said, Ana and Tia were lovely to work with but the furniture we would still like repaired as it's under a warranty you sold us. I can share with you the entire conversation with the repair man as we recorded it. He was very strange and we still stayed respectful. In no way would we ever yell at a repair man. We had damage to the cushion on the couch and he said he was there to take a picture of the back of it! Lucky for us Guardsman paid it in full. Regarding the $300 credit, my daughter was excited to buy something for her room and it disappeared! One week they said it was there as we returned pillows and the next week it was gone. Nothing was purchase with the $300 but again we don't want to argue. It would be nice if you repaired the furniture as you seemed to do before my husband moved out but after I left him, nothing got fixed. Oh well, you are the owner and you have the right to run things as you wish. Have a lovely rest of your weekend!!!

Some dining chairs of mine had some really wobbly legs all of a student and Evans sent someone out a week out of my reporting of my reporting of the issue. The tech Alonso was professional, friendly and very courteous. Can't recommend him enough. My one gripe was with the way the chairs were assembled because it was mentioned that the building people for the chairs probably didn't tighten the chairs well enough and that is why I had this issue in the first place. Anywho, all's well that ends well. 4 stars. Also, they have sales periodically throughout the year. Try and buy what you need around these times for some serious discounts. I'm not sure if the discount prices are the market rate prices leveled up artificially adiring non-sale times nd then reduced back down during sales times, but the best prices are given when the sales happen.

Don't miss out on a HUGE store with thousands of items to buy. Her's the article from 2013: "The iconic Eighth & Main Antique Center in the SOPO (south of the post office) neighborhood just south of downtown offers countless intriguing items from the collections of hundreds of vendors. It's easy to spend an entire afternoon poking around at all the fascinating wares on offer at this jam-packed, multi-building venue--from dozens of pairs of vintage cowboy boots and beautiful antique furniture, to collectable dolls and toys, to old postcards and black-and-white photographs perfect for the creative crafter or the collector." Not much parking around the store, but well worth a few blocks walk! Deceiving price match guarantee policy. Be aware they price match the whole order not item to item…read more So if buying several items buy each individual so if the price goes down they price match it! Store manager tried to tell me I wouldn't be able to buy each item separately. Yet I didn't receive a discount for buying multiple items. I could have easily purchase separately. This makes zero sense, what if I found a store that didn't carry all three items! Then what you wouldn't price match?! I did edit my review because their furniture is far superior than other furniture. Yet they do have a long delay due to Covid right now, so hopefully my new furniture holds up like my current La-Z-Boy furniture has for over 10 years. When it comes to the price match I still recommend ordering separately in case each item goes down in price. Ordering separately really only effects any shipping offers they may have for buying multiple items. Today I received a phone call from the store manager who was able to reduce my overall order by approximately 140 dollars. The price difference was 220. It's not the full amount but I am still satisfied with it because it didn't effect my free shipping offer. So moral of the story is to still order separately to assure they price match individually items vs whole order to make sure your getting the lowest price!
