Why not just pay them? Getting free labor to sell donated items and paying top employees mid to high 6 figures a year? Maybe I just don't get it. This probably won't change. But, something that can and should change is the tape and price stickers that are used on merchandise! They both leave an insane amount of residue that is impossible to fully remove.
