I don't Yelp too often, but feel compelled given the team a CCC far exceeded my expectations. I actually obtained seven different estimates from other shops within Tracy for my 2011 civic, but the big difference maker was Mickey listening and providing honest opinions and insight. Mickey's estimate was the lowest (b/c he listened and understood the situation), he was incredibly thorough, professional, and demonstrated top notch integrity. Mickey took the time to explain possible added costs/repairs that my arise once disassembled to help eliminate any surprises. The work was excellent - his painter, Willie, did an amazing job matching and blending the fender paint, also re-created a very fine detailed double-stripe running down side of car. Even knowing it's a new painted fender, I can't see any signs of "transition". And, to top if off, car was was finished a day earlier than promised. If you need autobody repair, do yourself a favor and get a quote from CCC - Mickey provided excellent customer service and communicated the details clearly, Willie's artistic talent is evident, and Sarah at front desk is warm, welcoming, very professional, and helped communicate payment info to the 3rd party. read more

This place is great. SUMMER is a super sweet lady, very thoughtful and helpful. she is very thorough explaining everything and super patient with people. i was having a bit of hard time with my scheduling at work and getting there on time she was so nice and patient about it. RYAN is stand up guy. After i received my car and was ready to pull out of the drive way there was a another car next to me leaving a small narrow space that i might have been able to squeeze my newly fixed car by but i didn't want to risk it. i embarrassingly asked him if he would help me and he was so sweet about it. i apologized for having him help me move my car because if felt t like and idiot for not being able to move my own car. He was cool and calm like a cucumber and said no worries that's what he was there for to help in nay way. If you are looking for an outstanding car services, this is the place. YES! Certified Collision Center is the place I discovered here in Tracy, CA by accident a year ago. However my car and I were treated excellent every time but the last one was outstanding. Because of the severity of my car accident, It was hosted by Certified Collision Center for about three weeks and when I got it back home the result was amazing and unbelievable. However the manager Mr. Bill, and staff, all are super friendly but my mechanic (Mickey) was exceptional. I am really satisfied of the magic he did on my car converting it to a brand new one! He was energetic, enthusiastic, precise, professional, honest, cordial and willing to help me with any issue or question I had regarding my car job. The customer service here was exemplary. It was also very refreshing to feel like a priority each time I had interaction with Certified Collision Center Office Staff or the Auto Body Representatives. The customer service definitely is superior - especially in these days were customer service is (unfortunately) so rare. The entire staff - Summer and Sarah were very personable. The Service/Estimator that I worked with - Israel, was extraordinarily outstanding. He remembered my name each time I was in the office, he called regularly to provide an update regarding my vehicle and he was willing to work around my hectic schedule. I've gone to Certified before after being hit a couple years ago (excellent job on those repairs as well, everything was handled appropriately) this time, I just needed to replace a headlight. Regardless of my repairs being accident related or not, they were able to fit me in relatively quick and were very professional. Mickey was able to explain to me the details of the repair and made it easy to understand. Mickey and Sara made me feel welcomed and comfortable, as if I was a close family friend. I don't remember the names of the shuttle drivers (I was told them, but my memory is bad) they were all very nice and engaged in conversation with me during our rides! Although our car still ran after an accident involving us and two 18-wheelers, the headlamp in the front, the hood, the rear lights, bumper and all of the electronics were in a bad way. The service here was terrific - I was given regular progress reports and my car looked and worked great when they were finished. A minor blemish needed more attention and, while back in the shop, a headlamp was damaged. Mick immediately told me what had occurred, made sure I had transportation to work, and had the damage repaired perfectly. I greatly appreciate the open and transparent communication and the dedication to customer satisfaction. All I can say, is these people are amazing! I have dealt with them at least six times over the last two years, and every time has been an awesome experience with amazing customer service. They are thorough, fair, accommodating, understanding, helpful, and go above and beyond constantly!! Mickey, in particular, is such a friendly kind hearted guy, even accommodating my busy work schedule at the expense of his personal time with his family, staying after hours so I can get my car.
