I went in on a Sunday morning, they were open early which was nice. I walk in and there is a man there that tells the other guy waiting that the girls are on there way and to wait a minute. About 20 min later one lady walks in and I continue to wait. Not a problem, then another lady shows up and she does me. As I'm sitting there no other workers come in but several customers continue to show up and there is still only two workers in currently. She finishes my pedicure and tells me to sit at the table for my shellac manicure. As I'm sitting there I see her go to one of the other customers that was waiting for a pedicure and helps her. The man comes to me and tells me to wait until the lady that is doing someone else. Overall the wait is my biggest complaint. Other than that my nails look good and the polish lasted longer than my usual place. I'll be back for another mani and pedi. I'll just make sure I'm early and I don't have anything to do after.

Worst nail salon ever. Don't wast your money people. Full cost 35$ with regular nail polish

Can see bruising of her finger prints on both but way worse on the right.

I went here March 15th. And got a pedicure and my nails done. Hours later I was in the emergency room. My foot was purple numb swollen and I could not walk what so ever. They did x-rays and found out she had done soft tissue and nerve damage in her massaging of my foot! I thought it was a lot harder than usual. Weeks later there is still bruising and I went to the podiatrist and he said he can feel the imprint and see them of her fingers. A pedicure is not supposed to hurt or damage you!!!! NEVER go here! By the pictures you can clearly see her finger print bruises. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!!!

This is NOT the same place as before! Vy (Vee) is amazing! Everyone is kind and skilled. I highly recommend this place!

This has been my go to nail spot for years. These ladies are great and my nails always last at least 3 weeks.

I just want to start off by saying I love this place. I lived in Tacoma from 2021-2024 and went to…read moreLa Bella for two year straight and never had a bad experience. I recently moved back this month and started going back to La Bella. I got my nails done May 15th at 6pm and got a full set of builder gel nails. This was my first time ever getting builder gel and I liked the outcome and had a good experience. The only complaint I have is that my appointment was at 6pm and they close at 7pm and I could tell they fully rushed my nail process. They got the entire set done in 45 minutes. I understand they were closing soon but they shouldn't accept appointments that late if they plan to rush the client out of the place. A few days into the nails and they started to lift. Wednesday the 20th two nails popped off perfectly with little effort. Almost every single other nail was lifting at the cuticle, my hair was getting caught in them and they were painfully lifting and I knew they wouldn't last much longer. I called La Bella today the 20th (so I only had the nails on for 6 days, to my knowledge builder gel can last up to 3-5 weeks). I called La Bella today asking for an appointment to get them fixed. The hostess that answered the phone was very nice and she told me they would most likely fix the nails for free because that was not supposed to happen. I went in tonight around 5pm at my scheduled appointment and I asked for dip nails instead because dip is what I was used to and I know they last. I was happy with my appointment the nail tech seemed to take her time and I loved my new nails. But I was very annoyed when I checked out when they tried to charge me the full price of dip nails which was 65 dollars. I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation. He told me it was not acceptable that the nails only lasted 6 days. He said he would charge me $45 instead. I didn't fight or fuss and I paid the full price. I am extremely annoyed there was no communication that the previous hostess told me the nails would be on the house and I feel like as a business they should've fixed their mistake. I fully planned on tipping my nail tech a good tip for redoing my nails and ensuring they were a good set. I don't know if I will be back to La Bella because of this experience and it saddens me because I truly love this place.

Plus everywhere I go, I receive compliments about my nails from the color to the shape. People always think my nails are acrylic, but they're the real deal thanks to Tina, genetics and vitamins. I really enjoyed how Tina took the time to inform me on how to take better care of my nails. Tina also provided me tips on how to make my nails grow longer and stronger. One would think that Tina's prices would be high since she is a traveling licensed manicurist, but her prices are really affordable. I use to get my nails done only once a month at other nail salons, but I go twice because of the affordability and the service is great.

I followed Tina from her former "brick and mortar" salon, and I'm loving her new traveling service. I get gel (shellac) manicures about twice a month, although I can often go 3 weeks without a chip. I play string instruments, so being able to have a durable polish is absolutely required. Gel polish helps to protect my nails, while looking fabulous.
